@ZenHubHQ @routific Seed @intercom. I had all the moments in my challenge for the Jokic Cool Cats moment, the marketplace rejected my buy orders multiple times 1/

for the last card saying too much traffic?

It also rejected my cards 3 different ones including a brand new one from Schwab bank saying it couldnt make the purchase with 1 minute left so I added funds with that same card to add credits to my dapper account 2/

and it charged my card the 200 twice and I purchased the last card within a minute of the marketplace buzzer expire. I should be awarded the Jokic moment due to system error not accepting the credit card for the straight out purchase but allowing the purchase via dapper credit 3/

I turned in a ticket 84729. I went on discord & tried help there they told me turn in a ticket which I had & said someone would get back with me. Why does customer support close on discord? There were many that complained in discord at the same time received the buy error 4/

This was the first challenge I tried after being on the market place for sometime. One of the first signed up via email for topshot I knew doing the challenge would lose money which all challenges have for the most part for sometime now but people at least have a chance at 5/

A low serial # which now if I received one it would be a high # and I am already out hundreds in value on the moments owned I also thought #TopShot might do something like you just announced to reward those who completed a challenge so I went tried it. no response to ticket.
