"10 Different Ways to Practice Mindfulness In Our Daily Life"
THREAD TIME: 👇
In this fast-moving external world, we have lost our inner connection.
Every day is a struggle. You are always running after something. But have you ever taken a simple walk in your inner kingdom?
This is the time to learning how to practice mindfulness.
1. Live in the Moment
Enjoy ur present without connecting the events with your past & future.
U don’t have to worry about anything because things unfold naturally. Embrace the freshness of this moment.
Mindfulness means being aware of what is happening in the present moment.
2. Accept Things as They Are
It is a human tendency to wish for better things. Nobody is satisfied with their present conditions.
But a mindful person doesn’t judge. By accepting things, we realize their true worth. Things are not good or bad. We create all the mental tags.
3. Use the Power of Visualization
Whenever you are feeling down, close your eyes, and visualize your aim in life.
In a matter of seconds, you will be transported to your dreamland. It is an awesome place where you can freely do all the things you dream of.
4. Practice Mindful
Eating Enjoy your food by chewing it properly. Chewing breaks down your food into small particles for proper digestion.
Eat food for nourishing your body only. Recognize your non-hunger triggers to break free from food cravings and compulsive overeating.
5. Start ur Day Without Any Gadgets
What’s the first thing u do when u get out of bed?
If u check your phone, u aren't alone.
Many people start their day by checking their phones Instead of checking the notifications of ur social media, take out some time to meditate.
6. Wait Patiently
Having patience is key to learning how to practice mindfulness.
Waiting at the red light, or waiting in line for something. The best way to tackle this problem is to shift your focus.
Calm down and concentrate on the things around you or on your breathing.
7. Free Yourself from All Distracting Thoughts
Thoughts are temporary guests only. You are not your thoughts. So, don’t get carried away by all your disturbing thoughts.
In a state of mindfulness, you observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance only.
You cannot stop these kinds of thoughts completely but as soon as they enter your mind, you must disconnect them from yourself.
Start writing a journal every day. Without thinking too much, jot down your true feelings. It proves to be a great stress buster.
8. Take a mindful walk
Walk as if u are kissing the Earth with ur feet.
To walk mindfully, focus your attention on the actual experience of walking. Listen and notice what this is like.
Notice the sights, the sounds, the smells, the feel of the world as you move through it.
9. Wash the dishes
Ok. Stay with me. Washing the dishes wouldn’t typically make the top five sensual experiences, but doing it mindfully can switch on senses that might not ordinarily come to the party.
The mundaneness of the task makes it easy to focus on the senses at the moment – the smell of the soap, the warmth of the water against your skin, the feel of the dishes in your hand, the sights, the sounds.
mindful dishwashing increases calm and decreases stress.
10. End Your Day on a Positive Note
Before going to sleep, recollect all the sweet moments of the whole day.
Appreciate all the sweet and small moments, and be thankful for everything. Analyze your depressing moments of the day and look out for a positive solution.

🧵 THREAD TIME: 👇
Thankfully, charisma isn’t necessarily something you’re born with.
Like most skills, it is something you can develop through daily practice.
Here are ways you can be more charismatic:
1. Manage your nerves.
When charismatic people speak, you notice they don’t seem to be nervous. Managing nerves isn’t easy, but there are some basic tips to make sure you come across with confidence and charisma.
While it may not seem so, if you are low in self-confidence, I strongly believe that you can do things to increase your self-confidence.
Here are some excellent ways to start:
1. Groom yourself.
This seems like such an obvious one, but it’s amazing how much of a difference a shower and a shave can make in your feelings of self-confidence and for your self-image.
Reaching your greatest potential doesn’t require u to work harder by adding desirable habits to ur already busy life.
Instead, u can work smarter by eliminating the routines that erode effectiveness.
Here are the 20 things mentally strong people don’t do:
1. Dwelling On The Past
Mentally strong individuals focus on the present moment and on the near future.
They understand that the past is out of our control and the far future is about as predictable as the weather this winter.
