Modi Govt - Rs 861 Crores

UPA Govt - 30000 sq ft
Modi Govt - 65000 sq ft

A saving of Rs 2100 crores and addition of 35000sq ft area
The plan for new parliament was already in place in 2012 when congress was in power. Today they are objecting to it as they are not getting Rs 2100 Cr Commission.

Mamata Banerjee’s election strategist @PrashantKishor was on a Clubhouse session few hrs ago. And he almost declared that Modi will win Bengal.

The vote is for Modi, polarisation is a reality, the SCs (27% of WB’s population), Matuas are all voting for the BJP.
Prasant Kishore openly admits that TMC , Left and Congress indulged in blatant minority appeasement which resulted in massive polarisation.

Now this polarisation is helping BJP as all hindu votes got consolidated behind Modi
Prasant Kishore openly admits that Modi is very popular in West Bengal.

There is anti-incumbency against TMC and polarisation is a reality.

So WB voters want to give one chance to BJP.

Out of these fuel prices 65% are taxes of which 2/3rd goes to state. Centre need 1/3rd of these taxes to carry out its welfare schemes and Capex.

Capex - 7 lakh cr
MSP - 2.2 Lakh cr
PM Kisan 70k cr
Ayusman Bharat 15k cr
Free Vaccine -35k cr
Free Housing
Pipe water connection
Govt Expenditure is rising so it can't forgo its excise income. It also need cushion for GST in which it has promised to pay 14% increment tax to states. So Govt is filling its Hole, controlling its Fiscal deficit to reasonable level making India a Magnet to foreign flows & FDI.
