These are manufactured by a company named AGVA (probably made in Gujarat)
There are 4-5 such ventilators in every ICU in our Government Hospital, in total 22 ventilators.

It is important that oxygenated air is given to the patients at a prescribed pressure at a pre-set volume (using ventilators)
But these ventilators do not carry out that function. Even if 100% oxygen is infused in these ventilators only 21% FIO2 (Fraction of inspirited oxygen)..

Because the relatives of the patients demand why a ventilator is empty (available) and yet it is not being used. It is not possible to tell those relatives that even after using this ventilator it wont be possible to save their patient.

They have also expressed their helplessness in this situation.
They have now decided to return these ventilators along with a written complaint.

On doing a quick check up I have found that AGVA Healthcare has its Corporate office in New Delhi and its research lab in Noida, UP.
According to information available with Zaubacorp, the company is in the Manufacture of "watches and clocks".

The Company was incorporated on 8th Oct 20 by Prof Diwakar Vaish, who according to his LinkedIn profile claims to be the "Inventor of Brain Cloning" & is a "Roboticist".
Diwakar Vaish is also a Director or a Designated Partner in 4 more companies. All Incorporated AFTER Oct 20.

In a statement made to Live Mint, Diwakar Vaish had claimed that they have been in the market of selling ventilators for 3 years now.
I am not sure how they pulled that off when the company itself was registered 8 months ago, perhaps they were not a PVT LTD company, previously.
