A great place to find them is on Fiverr, or contact them directly through their channels.

You can look for local businesses to help, or you can post your services online on freelance platforms, or in Facebook Groups.

A great tip to get paid running ads is to approach content creators, business owners and service providers to offer your services to, in exchange for a portion of any money you make them, that way it's a win-win.
