1.Have come across Twitter statements on ongoing inquiry

2.1st,We registered prelim inquiry at instance of Cong. Hence,efforts by Twitter that portray FIR at behest of Govt of India wholly & completely incorrect

4. It has no legal sanction to be either. Legal entity,empwd by law to investigate is Police and to adjudicate is courts

5. Twitter claims to have material information basis which it not only ‘investigated’ but arrived at a ‘conclusion’, it must share that information with Police. No confusion about logical course.
