@vintageviolasse I actually think I have it figured out. The development process for the data mining 'INPUT' and disinfo 'OUTPUT' - and how it ended up at RNC and IRA - and key players in the process.

I 'suspect' it all started out as a government contract for developing 'Influence on foreign entities' that became 'shared with RNC' due mis-guided allegiance to conservative idealism/politics - combined with a thinktank which was compromised by a mole.

I feel the evidence is there to support the theory.

I recently was introduced to a college intern invited to participate in a government intel contract to develop internet-related cognitive influencing methods. Been going on for more than a decade.

This helped me to close a gap on the missing piece of the development to action process flow.

Simes, via a variety of wellknown and established connections.

BehaviorMatrix became ElementData became DecisionCloud which just last month went, 'Poof' after I put it all together on my timeline.

BehaviorMatrix patented campaign influence technology was proof-tested in Pennsylvania political campaigns et al beginning almost 20 years ago.

Patents/technology/methods obtained, company morphed/faded to black.

Players involved central to election2016/2020, Trump/Russia.

Interested observers overly focused on Cambridge Analytica and overlooked these 'similar entities' and their influence in the campaigns.

Patented technology may have been shared with 'CA/SCL/Emerdata' et al.

The Cambridge Analytica technology was not developed by them, but earlier by others, then adopted by latecomers and turned inward instead of outward against adversaries.

The original intent was to influence adversaries.

Somebody got the idea that it could be used for domestic political influence.

It was.

Here we are.
