*~~Subject : _Flaws of COVID - 19 ICU CIVIL SPH QUETTA*_
R/sir/Madam
It is to intamate you that i am a doctor posted as post graduate trainee at Medical ICU COVID-19 SPH Quetta since last one month, i am providing all my services

2.volunteerly and i am not being paid a single peny (honestly i m even not expecting it) during my 1 month experience at the COVID-19 ICU SPH CIVIL Quetta i have suffered alot, let me share the hardles we have faced and still facing,

3.We are not specialists in EMERGENCY MEDICINE, We have no trained staff, no basic, life saving and disease modify drugs such as , enauxaparin (celaxne), tecilizumab and remidesvir, we are deprived of basic and most neccessary equipments (non rebreather mask, have leaked CPAP,

4, no ventilators operation staff), apart from these we have no reliable labs, no ABGs machine to help us take immediate steps, we have the slowest reporting setup for COVID-19 PCR Reporting moreover our PCR kits are single target 🎯 kits (cannot detect mutant strains), above

5.all these we have no protective gears, no securty system which can ensure our sefty, we* are under continuous threats from the attendents of the patients, we work 18 hours continuously at icu and ward (12+6).
Inspite of all these we are working are trying to providing our

6.maximum to our patients, we have contected our hospital administration and they seems to be helpless and out of resources, our secretry health was seen oonce only during the inaguration ceremony of the icu since then he isnt spotted anywhere near the icu.
*Our, WHO, PM, CM,

health department, public* all are requested to come forward and help us out, as we are helpless but commited to serve.
