Whatever the reasons, I am massively grateful to each and every one of you so thought I’d just re-introduce myself as I’d like to think I’ve come a long way over the past 5 years 🥰
Ok let’s get the elephant in the room out the way...I won a little show called the Apprentice in 2016, and it totally changed my life forever. I’ll always be proud of what I achieved, and thankful for the opportunity it gave me, and the doors it has opened up since 🙌
I like to think I’ve used that platform for the good, and am now the proud owner of a bakery and three stores located in Cardiff, Llandudno and my home town of Aberystwyth. Oh, and I also have a dog called Lola and a fiancé called Bart (in no particular order I hasten to add!🙈)
