There are some saying that they were surprised that Ashtar Command (or something like that, I don't really follow those details) went bad and had some underground bad stuff, and they were shocked by it.

Well of course that is all fiction, but as it is starting to get out there

I might as well go over some of the real details I have been avoiding talking about in recent posts.

So you know that those who claim science, justice and due process just to use them to twist opinion to help them get away with stuff are almost always hiding pretty bad things.

I posted a tweet that said something like that, but you may have thought that I was just talking about the v@x. I was not.

This will take a bit of research to put all the dots together, so I will write more to clarify later.

The point is that my program started not as something to disclose information on Tirsoh or even as other things I have mentioned, but rather just a simple genetics and educational test program. Those should be somewhat common but because of red tape and constantly add on requests

from leadership councils, they had become harder and harder to get finished with any remotely new or important things they test.

The whole point of trying to get a better world is that we need to know how. Yes genetics and educational improvements for our species are needed.

What about the specifics. How do we actually do that? Doing is a lot harder than saying. Yes we want to not have as much corruption and vile things here, but with such a rough genome, any choice eventually leads to the same types of violent outcomes. A lot of lust and violent

desires and tendencies are actually hard wired in to the genetics. Over the last 2k years, a lot of progress was made, but if you see the mess we have of hidden vile conspiracy after another, you can see there is a long way to go. Lots of really bad stuff happens here.

We cannot take away free will and so the genetics needs to have kinder and less violent tendencies. The education and the spirit given to kids here has to in subtle but very important ways help them ORIENT themselves to be able to gain better judgment here over what has been

With everyone so motivated towards these goals, why in the world was it so hard to get ANY test programs to succeed at even being able to be run in even close to a scientific method??? This is the thing that bugged me for the past 10 years. Why?!?!? If we love peace then why?

On the surface, it was blamed on red tape, old ways of doing things, and people coming up with last possible second additions or requests. It is something you come to know that with zero doubt, if you have some successful test going and need an approval, there will ALWAYS

be a last possible second addition or concern that is timed perfectly to derail the science in very unscientific ways. It does seem a bit rude but it is ALWAYS posed so logically that the rest of the Council saw fit to weigh those new concerns so everyone can get their say.

I do not expect anyone to follow this much but any test programs worth any value got stuck in red tape and never could finish. The excuse was that a lot of things went wrong in the past, so even if things take a bit longer, best be safe and get all concerns taken care of.

It was even said that we need to resolve all reasonable doubts to make sure going in a new direction will be safe, so best hear reasonable requests.

You can see that this ruins completely any actual test or data. It takes the life of test subjects and puts them through such an unplanned ringer that fewer and fewer such test programs are started. It is just not ethical in any way, and it is not possible to keep it scientific

So you then have a scientific society founded and built by scientists to escape tyranny from a civilization that literally blew itself up, and now it is no longer possible to carry on the most important types of science because of how they let the Council get.

Well remember what I said about people who manipulate science and due process, because they almost always are hiding something. The parent civilization knew that something was wrong but were too far away to get every last detail from the Scorpian leaders here that like to hide

The Council, Founders Council, drama department, and other such groups are so used to hiding things, playing games, and using masterful manipulation that there was no way to be sure everything they were hiding unless there was a visit by the parent civilization

and a lot of careful data gathering and analysis. Enough information was had to know certain things were going wrong though. As the genetics department and a lot of our group there was really good, they could not risk a loss. They could not just come in without invitation though

They would be looked at as usurpers who caused problems, walked away and now have questionable rights to return.

Things had to be done carefully. Enter my program. As you know they used it to expose how bad the problems got. Instead of just annoying red tape,

it became obvious that many other things far darker were in play. Laws were broken and science was clearly not even remotely followed.

The program became so much a battle ground of debate that the opposition had to become desperate to shut it down.

The need to get help from someone was now there. The parent civilization had their in, and quite frankly everyone remotely interested in peace or in changing this world to be less corrupt knew there is no possible way that could happen without the intervention of the parents.

So here is the bombshell. It turns out that some leaders high up in the Scorpians (the Founders council, drama department, etc) had kids OFF THE BOOKS and hid them from the rest of society. The drama department and the Founders council had information no one else had.

We all were told that in the DUMBS, all aliens there and most human captives living permanently underground were all fake. They all were supposedly a virtual experience to contain and control the cabals. Turns out, that was a lie. There are many real rogue Scorpians

They were well hidden. They are being delt with. Even saying that is more than I had wanted, due to ongoing operations. The only reason I can mention it now is because it is starting to drip out from other sources, if you know where to look.

Yes this is treason at the highest level. Yes this does mean that the whole thing about an Era of Peace was a big fat lie. The hidden group confessed that "It is no secret that the devil will return in 1000 years. You cannot have a devil that returns unless they are hiding out"

Yes they planned to hype up the Era of peace and then secretly destroy any chance of actually keeping it. By intentionally slowing down and stopping test programs that could lead to widespread real ways students would be up to the task of sustaining an Era of Peace

combined with subtle manipulation, they could assure that any in the Council not a part of the scheme would either be completely fooled by it or powerless to stop it, not having any specifics that such scheming was even going on.

Peace was planned but not to last.

Society demanded it, but the long term plans of the corrupt among the Scorpians worked with corrupt genomes that are so predictably bad that they knew for a fact that there is nothing anyone could do to stop them from corrupting the system again.

So you should understand now that without the help of the Parent civilization, they absolutely would have gotten away with this. All the really dark things we cannot stand would never have completely gone.

I cannot tell of ongoing operations, but their plan is not going forward

We will really have peace. The Parent civilization has plenty of data and other worlds that have done it before to more than put an end to any debate. Now with their data, the rest of the frustrating Council who never knew better is now not going to be fooled again.

The plan of the corrupt was to stay hidden. Now that the plan is exposed, none of the adults want to admit to being a part of it. Getting down to who did what will happen, but the important point is that now the plan is known, that takes away popular support.

Without popular support, that converts anyone that can be converted and alienates the rest.

It is possible that rogue Scorpians could read this. If they do, understand that the plot is known now. Popular support is gone. All adults have gone genetics changes, therapy

and are undergoing training. No one is fooled anymore. All have access to new data showing results of genetics and educational techniques that give us many ways of guaranteeing success.

Your plan is now a failure. You have two choices. You can be stubborn, or you can ask 4 mercy

Peace is going to happen. You no longer have support from Council members. The former Drama department members are now no longer doing that. They have a lot of training ahead of them but time passes.

Be stubborn and you are alone and will be dealt with.

Be peaceful, seek to change with the times, and you will be allowed to ask for help.

Don't make the mistake of thinking the Parent civilization is some group you can cross for long. They have made backups of all who are on the side of Peace in their world as well as here.

They have tech you don't even know is possible. You think you know a lot. You don't know half of what they can do.

For everyone else, whether the corrupt choose to be sane or not, it does not matter. They are being dealt with. Easy or hard depends on them. We are in no danger.

Peace is coming. The Scorpians are now all but completely united in a new and sustainable direction. The rest is just cleanup and wrap up of needed drama here.
