Pop-up testing (antigen testing) is for asymptomatic people over 16 who have not been to the potential COVID exposure sites (see next tweet); results usually within 20 minutes.

People who are symptomatic or who have travelled, been to an exposure site, or directed to get tested because they are a close contact, should schedule a PCR test at a primary assessment centre: nshealth.ca/coronavirustes…
Asymptomatic people can also get a PCR test, with results usually within 48 hours, but they're going much faster than that right now because there's so much unused capacity nshealth.ca/coronavirustes…
