Judge Amy B. Jackson notes that this case is more urgent because it involves three defendants who are locked up. (Sibick was indicted along with Albuquerque Head and Kyle Young.)
Sibick’s lawyer says that Sibick didn’t know his co-defendants Head or Young.
Sibick, his attorney said, has been “a bit frustrated” that other defendants have been released and he hasn't. Judge notes this is an “extraordinary situation” and that there’s an enormous volume of material the government is sorting through. Sets new hearing for early August.
