Since I first started to get involved in this (gender) arena I have seen many things, some which have made me sad, mad and incredibly angry.

I've seen women denigrated and dehumanised, labelled as 'vermin' and 'rabid'.

I've seen women be threatened with rape & death. 1/

I've seen women walk into meetings past lines of males shouting at them, with spit spraying as they screech at them for having the audacity to meet with like minded women.

I've seen women assaulted at open air meets. Women harassed online and personal details exposed. 2/

I've seen women sacked from jobs and hauled before professional bodies, their entire career, hanging in the balance.

I've seen a woman de-platformed and told she'd have to have security attend her lectures, such were the credible threats made against her at her university. 3/

I've seen women abused and harassed on Twitter and Facebook, only to be booted off such platforms for speaking up for their sex-based rights.

I've seen women being told they are scum and deserve to die for refusing a penis-haver in their sex life. 4/

I've seen women repeatedly told to STFU and told they are scum.

I've seen written fantasies of what would be done to those women deemed "TERFs", which involved rape, murder and slicing up their bodies. 5/

I've seen people rejoice in the death of a young woman who died of brain cancer, one posting a gif of a skeleton dancing on a grave.

I've seen women who have tried to raise funds for their defence in court (which they have every right to do) be cut off and pulled. 6/

I've seen an effigy of a woman hanging from a tree, because she dated to stand up for sex-based rights.

I've seen graffiti which suggested women should "get the wall".

I've also seen graffiti saying women should have their teeth knocked out and "choke on a girl dick". 7/

I've seen a woman have court papers delivered, to her house, by the very person who was claiming to be harassed by *her*.

I've seen a woman locked up in a prison cell for 7 hours, without sanitary products & separated from her breastfed baby & autistic child. 8/

I've even seen women who have been hugely supportive of trans-identifying people, hounded off Twitter and abused, for making a 'mistake' in what they say.

I've seen blatant lies about women be circulated with no attempt to rectify them. 9/

I've seen women be condemned by their own writing community for being brave enough to speak up about children and safeguarding.

I've seen thousands upon thousands of sexually violent threats/rhetoric made towards women. 10/

I've seen women's timelines polluted with pornographic images.

I've seen videos of males masturbating in women's public toilets, yards away from women and their children.

I've seen women's websites hacked and filled with pornographic content. 11/

I've seen women's websites copied and mimicked. I've also seen addresses manipulated or hacked to redirect online traffic elsewhere.

I've seen a rat pinned to the door of a rape crisis centre with vile messages daubed on its windows. 12/

And there have been many many men who have been very willing and enthusiastic to join in with it all.

This is, a men's rights movement, which will stop at nothing, to destroy & annihilate women in the most aggressive & demeaning way.

People need to wake up to this. Now.
