I have a simple question for @RahulGandhi. Which of these two statements does he stand by? Requesting decentralised vaccine procurement on 9th April or demanding centralised vaccine procurement on 14th May? Obviously his Chamchas will claim he was right either way.
2. Also want to ask @INCIndia which of these two statements it stands by. Decentralising vaccine procurement on 16th April or Centralising it on May 10th ?
3. Similarly to @MamataOfficial which position is yours ma’am? April 16th you want decentralised procurement & on June 2 you want centralised procurement
4. Also @ArvindKejriwal sir. Could you clarify which of these two positions is yours? In March demanding decentralisation or in May demanding recentralisation of vaccine procurement.
5. My point here is simple, this government has screwed up lots of things repeatedly.... that said, the INC, TMC & AAP along with their monthly rental presstitutes have zero moral or policy authority to question or critique this government, given their own abysmal record

THREAD: 1n the state has browbeaten this “philanthropic gesture” out of him. But different pricing slabs were & are a sure fire market distorter. Why? There are 2 accepted pricing structures

cost+ (where the Gov allows a profit margin) &

Market (free demand supply fluctuation)
2n the former ensures stability - the latter does not. But where does a variegated pricing structure fit in India? Even in OECD countries these are prone to heavy manipulation - but in a 3rd world country with notoriously corrupt babus, this is an open licence to bribe & distort

1n A quick thread on Oxygen supply. We produce a huge amount of oxygen in this country - enough for both the COVID surge and Industry. The problem is the oxygen supply is co-located with steel plants in Bihar-Jharkhand (Tatas), Odisha & Bellary (Jindals). The problem is a
2n shortage of transport and supply infrastructure- large tanks to carry liquefied oxygen (LOX)outside the production-consumption triangle. While the production may be enough for both, the transportation & storage infrastructure is not. That’s why Industry needs to be shut/scaled
3n down and compensated for losses, while using their transport infrastructure for supplying LOX to tier 1 & 2 distribution hubs. That’s the big failing in the response so far - the transport and storage. Second failure is that plans to build oxygen production plants in tier 2

1n I knew Supreme Court judges seem economically illiterate, but I’m aghast to discover the extraordinary superficiality & outright nonsense history spewed by an allegedly “scholarly” judge. His history classes seem to be from 1921 not 2021. A thread on the inaccuracies here

1 As usual this government has failed miserably in busting the “navreet shot” narrative, just like it did with CAA. Let’s just look at the visuals. First the “entry wounds” (they could also be exit wounds). I suspect it’s on this basis that the guardian concluded 2 bullets
2 now notice there is no charring - which would be the case if the bullets were fired close range. If they weren’t fired close range, the question is how did these two wounds get so close to each other? Physically impossible shooting skills you’d only see in fantasy movies. Let’s
