Many nationalists off-late feel that Modi administration is either too slow or not taking any action on dissenters with vicious agenda. Also on political forces abetting anti-India & break India elements within the country because of which, they, they all, have become emboldened.

This thought, I suppose, although looks credible for want of 'visible' action on them despite voluminous evidences of their blatant wrong doings, is purely speculative. I say it is speculative since we do not really know as to what is happening behind scenes.

For one, Modi is NOT a silent observer. He is constantly thinking in silence. And two, his methods are beyond our imagination since, he takes actions based on long-term effects of his actions and NOT just quick-fix solution to our complex problems.

And three, he faces too many enemies of varying character and financially powerful one at that, not just within the country but even more, beyond our shores. Therefore this calls for careful treading and certainly NOT instinctive actions. Direct actions are in order say,

in a country like Israel, where the character of enemy is not varying but not in India which is very complex both in character and its vicious manifestation on the ground. And these can indeed be very unsettling. This is certainly NOT a justification of Modi government & absence

of visible actions but an attempt to look beyond what is visible or say, invisible. The strategy, it appears is, give a long rope to unreasonable dissenters and break-India forces. This shall make them commit mistakes in their own actions since all their actions emanate from

narrow considerations of self-aggrandisement.Further, Modi's methods are absolutely constitutional such that nobody ever can find faults with it and as such, gains credibility. More than being credible or anything else, they are appropriate given the complex nature of the

opposition that he faces which has to be viewed against the backdrop of complexity of the country itself. Take any issue starting from RaGa's and opposition's continuous diatribe against Modi TO the recent vaccination programme. Anyone who looks at them see a pattern emerging.

One, let the law of the land, however slow, deal with the issue of their wrong doings lest any forceful action be seen as political vindictiveness. Two, stick to constitution however defective that constitution may be on certain issues like say, public order & police excesses.

Three, give the opposition and their sponsored dissenters a long rope.
We have seen that one by one, their stand on issues are collapsing on their own weight or perhaps, lack of weight in any of their stand from Raffale to surgical strikes issue.

Like say, the so called farmers protest against the recently legislated farm acts. Modi government voluntarily withheld the execution of farm laws by 18 months thereby what appeared to be, giving the protesting farmers time to look at the laws in its comprehensiveness while,

they continue with the protest. And see what is happening. The hard working farmers working on the field are being benefitted by the provisions of the laws THOUGH the laws themselves are not in force. This is true even with respect of Punjab farmers.

And this will eventually take away the wind from the unjustifiable protests. Also look at vaccination programme. By initially satisfying the states in terms of their genuine right on their own actions on vaccination & related issues of health, health being a state subject,

Modi government was constitutionally right. But then, given the complexity of the issue and given their own self interests, the states, particularly the congress ruled states, they have realised that they have messed up and asked the centre to take complete charge.

This is what happens both when you are constitutionally right AND give them a long rope. But this is not so when it comes to dealing with external enemies. What pays there is duly deliberated & strategic action, which the Modi government has proved beyond any shred of doubt that

it acts and acts decisively. Therefore, let us all understand the peculiar circumstances in which Modi government is placed which calls for sagacity & maturity in dealing with issues, sagacity & maturity the qualities that this government has in abundance.

Let us be patient and stand solidly behind the current dispensation which has come as an answer to all our prayers not just of the last 7 years in our history but of 70 years when, we withstood & tolerated all forms of indignities heaped on us, despite being a free country.
