(THREAD) The complete text Danny Oliver read aloud by Charles Thomson in the last live stream regarding the Arvizo/Bashir timeline #MichaelJacksonInnocent (IMPORTANT MUST-READ)

I'm doing this because I know not everyone watches the live streams and I know some people retain information better when they can read it. Anyways, here is what Charles said to Danny:

Something people always miss is the timeline with the whole Bashir scenario. Bashir didn’t just film Gavin, he was responsible for bringing Gavin back into Michael’s life. The timeline is this: In 1999, Carol LaMere (Michael’s hair stylist) knows the Arvizos because-

-they’re in the same tap dance school as her son. She is so close to them that the sister Davellin Arvizo sometimes stays in her house overnight and they spend time together. She gets a call telling her Gavin is dying and desperately wants to meet Michael. She puts them in touch.

The very first day, the family meets Michael. At the dinner table, Gavin asks Michael if he can stay in his room that night. Michael is uncomfortable and suspicious so he asks Frank Cascio to stay in the room with them as well, as a witness.

Michael and Frank sleep on the floor and Gavin and his brother Star sleep on the bed. (Here’s a reminder of how that went according to Frank himself before I continue on)

After that, we know from Gavin’s testimony that Michael started distancing himself from the Arvizos. They continued visiting Neverland but Michael would avoid them.

Gavin testified to being upset because they were told once that MJ wasn’t on the ranch when they were there, except they saw MJ in the library and that upset Gavin. In 2000, Carol LaMere calls MJ’s camp distraught telling them to get MJ away from the Arvizo children immediately.

She says that during one of Davellin’s regular visits to Carol’s house, Davellin blabs that Janet (her mother) was planning to blackmail Michael with a false allegation lawsuit of inappropriate touching with her sons, so she could buy a “big house in the Hollywood Hills”.

It appears Michael either wasn’t informed or for various other reasons just didn’t get the message at that point and it didn’t go in. But Michael’s camp iced out the Arvizos. They couldn’t get Michael’s new number or the invitations to Neverland to drive up.

The family resorted to bombarding Michael with letters and cards calling Michael “daddy Michael” saying Prince and Paris were their siblings, that Michael cured Gavin’s cancer, and that they missed him. Gavin testified that they sent about 1 every month.

In 2002, Bashir enters the picture and he tells MJ that he’s making a doc all about his philanthropy/charity work. He says he’s going to arrange a meeting between MJ & Kofi Annan (Secretary Gen. of the UN) so they can work together on creating an international children’s holiday.

He says he is going to fly Michael to Africa to film his work with AIDS sufferers. He says he wants to take Michael to downtown LA to show how his philanthropy benefits the inner city.

But first he says he wants A) to film MJ inviting around 50 children into Neverland to show how wonderful it is there B) to film an interview with Macaulay Culkin at Neverland for some reason or another, and C) to shoot interviews with past beneficiaries of MJ’s charity work.

Michael who’s being bombarded with messages from the Arvizo family who’s saying he cured Gavin’s cancer thinks “they’d be perfect” and invites them to the ranch.

Michael’s manager Ron Weisner knew nothing about the Bashir project until he arrived at Neverland one day and Bashir was there already filming. Bashir had got to MJ unofficially through Uri Geller, except by the time MJ’s team found out, the train had already left the station.

Michael invites the Arvizos to be filmed. He also invites Dave Dave who Gavin testifies was there on the shooting day. Although its unclear whether Bashir filmed him and trashed it, or just didnt bother filming him. Macaulay’s interview never happened because he wasnt available.

When Bashir sits down with MJ & Gavin, the one that brings up (out of nowhere, totally unsolicited) about staying in MJ’s room, IS Gavin. This is 2 years later, after Carol LaMere had warned that Davellin confessed to her that Janet was planning a false accusation toward Michael.

Now they finally get back into Neverland and the first thing Gavin does is put himself in front of the camera crew and announce that he had slept in Michael’s bedroom. This all came out of the blue.

Bashir gets that in the can and guess what? Africa never happens. Downtown LA never happens. The UN never happens. The Neverland visits with all of the underprivileged children Bashir spoke about never happens, which is only because Bashir requested it.

Bashir then gave a voiceover suddenly changing the whole narrative about how "disturbing" it was to discover that MJ was inviting kids to his ranch. All the stuff about Frank Cascio staying in the room as a witness never made the cut and was all left on the cutting room floor.

Carol LaMere told Charles and Taj in 2019 that when the Bashir show went out in 2003, she sat and watched it with Gavin’s (by then, estranged) father David.

She said he was telling her in advance as they were watching, what Gavin would do. “Watch” he said. “Next he’ll rest his head on Michael’s shoulder” and this kind of thing. He told her it was all part of the griff.

The family was constantly grooming and manipulating their targets including Michael of course. He said Gavin was basically “a trained con artist”. Those are the words of Gavin’s father.

And thats what Carol told investigators when they came knocking in 2004 that the Arvizo kids were all trained con artists. Bashir’s lies about wanting to make this glowing portrayal of MJ’s philanthropy work were directly responsible for reintroducing the Arvizos into MJ’s life

-enabling them to follow through on their own plan of setting Michael up, instigating a series of events which ultimately killed Michael and led to his death.

Also worth noting, the way Bashir gained access to Michael was that he produced a letter allegedly from Princess Diana, saying what an excellent journalist Bashir was. He was approached by Michael’s UK publicist Mark Borkowsky and showed him the letter.

But Borkowsky didnt like him & didn't take it forward. Then he approaches Uri Geller & shows it to him. According to Tom Mesereau, Uri agreed to introduce Bashir to MJ but demanded payment. Uri has publicly denied that, that the allegation is privileged as its a court transcript.

Once Uri Geller brought Bashir to Michael, he showed Michael the letter too. So he duped Diana onto the interview by using what has now been found to have been given a devious deceitful fraudulent means of getting the interview.

Then he used that deception of Diana as a springboard to deceive Michael and lure him in too. Carol was on the witness list and Davellin was questioned about Carol in preparation, but Tom Mesereau ended up cutting the defense case short by around 2 months because-

Chris Tucker got off the witness stand and the atmosphere in the court room was so heavy from the terrible revelations Tucker had just made about the Arvizos and from Sneddon calling him “boy”. Tom’s instincts told him to just rest the case and so he did.

However Carols witness statements have been placed on public record almost a year earlier filed as court documents & as support for a motion. So what we now know what her testimony was going to be as outlined above.

What makes this telling of events so important IMO is the gaps that it fills. The extra information surrounding the Bashir doc that some people may not know. How that doc was supposed to be the polar opposite of what it was. Carol LaMere's testimony in general. Its eye opening.
