Neat tip for getting a #berlin #vaccination appointment:
1) Use Chrome browser
2) Install "Requestly" browser extension
3) Configure the following rule in Requestly (see image)
4) Reload page until an appointment shows up and be quick when it does

This make appointments show up more timely, ultimately makes more appointments show up. There a lots of free appointments all the time, but you're missing most of them because of the way the page is implemented.
As an engineer I couldn't resist checking how free appointments are loaded and I recognized the data is served through Cloudflare CDN, which caches the data for up to 15mins. That means, when you reload, you may see the same data even when there are new appointments available.
The Requestly extension makes the server return an updated result each time, immediately showing free appointments. Instead of waiting for up to 15mins to get refreshed data, and letting you miss a lot of free appointments in the meantime.
The Screenshots say max-age=60 (1min), but I've seen up to max-age=900 on those requests. That's why I'm saying "up to 15mins".
