Several black pastors... Sought to employ the "awe shucks" I don't even know what a ✌🏿 critical race theory is✌🏿 approach to which I want to say... Shame on you
Be ashamed that you fold yourself under for the approval and comfort of white colleagues
I don't not trust black pastors that continue to seek the warmth of other suns
I don't trust black pastors that glorify ignorance
I don't trust black pastors that embody white supremacists theology (I don't care if they your faces... This work is freedom work either we get free or you get out the way)
Black pastors (should act) as a gateway to academy... Reading and discerning to enhance our community and empower the people
If you not growing as a preacher and exegete of the context... You are dying and slow poisoning the people
This is not "money cometh" time... This is not a time for flimsy theology... This is not a time, nor is it ever a time to suckle from falwellian white supremacist
If you as a black pastor serving black people have not empowered yourself concerning CRT... You are doing a disservice to your community of faith
Again this is one of those times where you don't have to like me... I'm not your pastor, brother, or friend... I'm the other thing... The thing that says your continued ignorance is a danger to the black lives I love
Let them white folks play in wickedness... Theirs is an end of it's own making
You equip yourself to tell the black people you face Sunday after Sunday... The truth. Period.
You wanna be pastor? Be pastor. Commit yourself to truth... Not this sniveling, tap dancing, and cooning cause you wanna fit in
If you wanna be a sibling in Christ... Than tell your sibling the truth about the land they stole, people they killed, and folks they exploit to this day
You gonna watch these white folks lie in pulpits and use you for cover. I'll be damned
