How a 7-Day Challenge
Helped Me Defeat my Demons

5 years ago I did the impossible.
I went from 0 to Hero.

7 Days = 1024 Push ups

I once hated push ups.
I couldn’t even do 5 push ups straight.

I had to change something:

So one day I said to myself
“I’ll do 100 push ups every day”

And that's exactly what I did.
On the first day, it took more than 20 sets.

On the 2nd day it took 16 sets

On the 3rd day it took 14 sets

On day 6 I did over 300 push ups

To get to 1024 in total

But do you guys and gals know the best part?

Not the pushups, but the fact that I defeated 7 of my own Demons.

Here are 7 things which I learnt:

1. It IS Possible

Take out the “IM” and it really does become possible

Give yourself permission to start.

Take the first step, fall in love with the system.

2. Keep on Pushing that Bar Higher

If I had completed 700 push ups, I would have been happy.

I pushed myself even more and did 1024!

Almost +50% more

How did I feel?

Ecstatic!

I broke out of my cage.

3. No Limits

That was my motto.

And from that day onwards 1024 was my "new" record.

4 years later I broke it with 3000 push ups in 7 days 😯.

4. You Are Worthy

I had some self-doubts but I pushed through them and proved to myself that I can do it.

5. You’re Never too Tired

Your body says you’re too tired.

But you actually have much more energy than you think.

Prove it, push through!

1 extra rep. 1 extra minute. 1 extra mile.

6. The Mind is Stronger than the Body

If you Believe it
You can see it
To Conceive it
And Achieve it

Your mind controls it, your body just delivers on it.

7. Make Perfection Your Drive,
And Not Your Obstacle

Every Day a bit better.

Not being where you want to be in 7 days, shouldn’t impede your progress.

It should drive & help you strive to get there.
