"I've made a residence determination for the family, which means they will live in Perth, in the community and will reside there while their matters are heard," says Immigration Minister @AlexHawkeMP on Biloela family.
"They'll have access to schools and all the usual support that is provided while those processes are completed," says @AlexHawkeMP.
"They'll be as soon as possible reunited in Perth and I've determined they will live in accommodation provided by the department," says @AlexHawkeMP.

"It is community detention, it is a usual mechanism that we use to ensure people aren't in held detention."
Immigration Minister, @AlexHawkeMP says a family of Tamil asylum seekers will be allowed to live in community detention in Perth, but no decision has been made about their long-term future.
