Today I will be sharing with you a message shared by my Guru few years back. When ever you are going to retire after the entire day's working you must offer prayer to your Isht dev. Always freshen up and wear light Cotton clothes before sleeping
Sit on your bed in Padmasana or Sukhasana. Fold your hands and visualise your Isht dev or Guru standing in front of you. Say the below prayer with Gratitude and Thankfulness. You will see how beautifully you will be able to connect your inner soul with your Isht.
करचरण कृतं वाक्कायजं कर्मजं वा।
श्रवणनयनजं वा मानसं वापराधं।।
विहितमविहितं वा सर्वमेतत्क्षमस्व।
जय जय करुणाब्धे श्री महादेव शम्भो।।
Karcharan krytam vakkayajam va
Sravananayanajam va manasam vapradham
Vihitmvihitam va sarvmetatksamasva
Jaya jaya karunabdhe shree mahadev shambhu
श्रवणनयनजं वा मानसं वापराधं।।
विहितमविहितं वा सर्वमेतत्क्षमस्व।
जय जय करुणाब्धे श्री महादेव शम्भो।।
