Fellas (and ladies) if you’re experiencing any kind of hair loss, you might wanna pay attention to what i show you next

Cuz it might help you fix the problem

Most people don’t know that where you lose hair shows you where your body is weak

Check out this chart and read on.. Image
Lets start with the purple area

The purple area indicates a weak liver and gallbladder

Since your liver is one of your main detoxification organs, hair loss in the back is a big problem

Liver diseases (NAFLD, hepatitis, etc) or reduced liver function could be the culprit
The light blue area indicates weakness in parts of the digestive system especially the stomach, pancreas, and spleen

So people with diabetes (esp t1) will feel some regression here, but hair loss in that area indicates that your digestive function as a whole is lacking
The red area near your ears means you have respiratory issues, lung damage, or damage in the large intestine

We’ve already not been taught how to breathe properly, but add to the fact that the air has become increasingly toxic, and it can manifest as hair loss there.
The orange part is what we typically call the crown and this shows dysfunction of the circulatory system specifically with the heart and blood purity

This also shows small intestine damage and many people begin to experience hair loss here first. Gotta get that blood right.
And last but not least the green is around your hairline which is indicative of excretory system issues with the kidneys, bladder, and genitals

Adrenal fatigue is high af rn so if your hairline is pushed back farther than the detox album your kidneys are screaming for help
This why I be tryna tell people that a lot of hair loss is reversible and it really ain’t got shit to do wit genes

Rebalance your body so you can get them locks back

Night class got their first stern lecture from me after their test performance

And it must’ve resonated because I ain’t never seen the whole class listening intently the whole time 😂😂
More or less the same stuff I told my class in the spring, but added in the stuff I’ve been tweeting a lot about lately especially about shying away from hard things

When you challenge people, if they’re worth anything, they will respond.
And I think that’s the problem with this generation

People don’t care about them enough to challenge them.

They have so much fear and anxiety over failure. Proof that participation trophy culture doesn’t work because how can you fear failure when everyone wins?

People bring awareness to things they have no intention of solving themselves.
“Spread this to bring awareness to xyz issue”

Ok so when people are aware what’s the next step?

🦗
You don’t need to bring awareness to something you plan on fixing because it’s probably fixed by the time the message is spread.

“The fact that brain activity is most intense when people have a growth mindset, shows just how important it is that people believe in themselves and they know that brains can grow and change with hard work.”

youcubed.org/evidence/belie…
Phrases that signal a fixed mindset

“I don’t have enough time for”
“I’ve tried and I can’t do this”
“It’s too hard for me”
“I don’t know”
“I can’t make this any better”

Major habit - excuses

“I wanna do *this* but can’t because of *this*”

Do you do this often?
Phrases that signal a growth mindset

“How can I make this better”
“What can I add to this”
“I don’t know right now, but I can find out”
“I need more practice at this”
“I’m on the right track”

Major habit - solution oriented

“This way is wrong, is there another?”

This you?

Seems like every time I’ve talked with @uknwhooitis this week I’ve come up with something simple yet important

Here is why the average person will never be happy in graph form.

Let’s compare the sine wave and a semi-logarithmic scale Image
(Yes this is actually one of the classrooms I teach out of 😂)

Now.

Sine waves are found all throughout this realm.

They represent real life (more later)

Semi-log graphs are artificial manipulations to make data easier to interpret. But they are not real.
So why am I comparing these two?

Because semi means half

So you’re only getting half of a set of numbers. That’s why there is no bottom half like there is in a sine wave

Why do people do this though?

Because they are trying to chain a series of highs together. That’s not real Image

I was walkin to get my car this morn (thankfully shop not too far from my house) and I was thinking about all the life lessons that lab has taught me

I wanna share a story about theory and practice.

Specifically a story about this synthetic step
Aight so that step highlighted actually took me about 3-4 months to figure out

The average person won’t know this but when you look at a synthetic scheme, there are months, if not years of effort that went into it

The scheme never does it justice because it’s one step.
That step on paper is very simple

I’m trying to do a simple substitution reaction. It’s one of the base classes of organic synthetic reactions

The mechanism is well known.

The conditions are well known.

Millions of substitution reactions have been done and published.
