So...Capitol Insurrection defendant Bigo Barnett really wants to go to a car show today

(He's accused of putting feet on Pelosi office desk, taking mail)

The car show is 215 miles away, beyond court's limits on Barnett's movements

Feds asked judge to reject Barnett's request to go to this classic car show this weekend

Barnett was released from pre-trail detention a few weeks ago.. & says he's making ends meet by selling classic cars

Feds say Barnett has other income & has found trouble during release
Feds say police were called twice to Barnett's house since he arrived home from jail. One for gunfire unrelated to Barnett... somewhere nearby

Another time for a civil dispute between Barnett and another man, per court docs

(reminder.. this is a legal filing over whether Barnett can go to a car show today)

Wait.. there's more:
Barnett's lawyer says the US Justice Dept is using "fictitious nonsense to manipulate the law to achieve its own dubious end"

He says feds are being "offensive" to other attorneys
Then the attorney references "government bureaucrats" while criticizing restrictions on Barnett's movements outside business hours
Barnett faces several criminal charges.. he's just out of jail.... back home in Arkansas and he's pleaded NOT GUILTY
