Young was a newer OK member and wasn't described as a leader of the conspiracy, but was accused of being part of the "stack" that went into the Capitol.

He was also charged with tampering with evidence by deleting his Facebook account:

Meanwhile, hello from Judge Thomas Hogan's virtual courtroom, where a plea hearing is about to begin in the case of Jan. 6 defendant Robert Reeder — this is another misdemeanor-only case. Reeder, through his lawyer, had contacted the feds early on s3.documentcloud.org/documents/2049…

Reeder, like the handful of other plea deals entered in misdemeanor-only Jan. 6 cases so far, will plead guilty to one count of Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building, which carries a maximum sentence of 6 months in jail

Annnnd the public line for the Reeder plea hearing just cut out, so we may have to wait for the documents to come in to know the rest of his plea agreement terms

Okay, the line came back on just in time to confirm that Reeder will pay $500 in restitution, just like the other misdemeanor plea deals we've seen so far

After the judge goes over the statement of facts, Reeder's lawyer Robert Bonsib says his client wants to make sure the judge to know that when he entered the Capitol, he didn't push his way in, officers "stood by" and there no indication he could not enter

AUSA pushes back on the notion Reeder would think he was okay to go inside, says the statement of facts notes that Reeder had observed police tear gassing people, which was an "indication that people were not welcome to enter the Capitol at that time"

Hogan sets Robert Reeder's sentencing for Aug. 18 at 2pm

Hogan asks Reeder if he's been able to get work lately. Reeder says just some odd jobs but not really because his security clearance was revoked, and references having worked for the TSA. Hogan says that's too bad and hopes he can find work, "it's good to keep busy if you can"
