Being in the prestigious @FIARallyStar Young Star Programme, supported by national carrier @KenyaAirways and mobile services providers @SafaricomPLC, has opened exciting opportunities for @mcrae_kimathi. The three-year scholarship gives him an opportunity to learn from the best.
As the current KNRC Division One leader, @mcrae_kimathi is hopeful to bag the series at the end of the year. The 26-year old was introduced to the sport by his father Phineas, who was a national champion way back in 1997.
In the next five years, Kimathi wants to have the East African and the national titles under his belt. His message to other young people struggling to join the game is to never to give up.

While ruling on a case filed by Alan Donovan against KPLC for erroneous billing, Justice James Makau also said it is a contravention of the Constitution (Article 46) for @KenyaPower to fail to provide a breakdown and justification of the demanded payment for supplied power.
The judge stopped KPLC from billing or recovering from the businessman a backdated electricity bill based on the Sh10.1B contained in the Annual Report and Financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2017.
