Many thanks to all that participated and tuned in to last week's successful JOMOPANS End Event!
Did you miss our End Event? Or would you like to revisit one of the talks given? Here's a🧵with all our video links discussing #noiseMonitoring in the #NorthSea. 🚢🌊👇
To kick things off we have an introduction from our day chair, Hans Slabbekoorn of @UniLeiden and an Opening Address from Katja Portegies of @Rijkswaterstaat.
Then our very own Niels Kinneging of @Rijkswaterstaat provides a project overview for JOMOPANS.
How are we ensuring our #fieldmeasurements are comparable between organisations? Stephan Robinson of @NPL goes over Work Package 3's #standardisation of terminology and equipment.
We wrap the morning talks up with our non-work package partners FFI, @RBINSmuseum and @Havforskningen and a panel discussion.
After lunch, we take in the calming tones of Between Music's Aquasonic, an underwater concert. With interviews of Robert Karlsson and researchers.
The JOMOPANS approach to #noisemonitoring needs to be done in harmonisation with other groups studying related fields. From @FOIresearch, Mathias Andersson explains how Work Package 2 communicates with other projects and the public (👋).
And lastly, we have our concluding remarks by Neils Kinneging and a final discussion panel with representatives from JOMOPANS (@etgriffonage), @RegioInterreg, PAB, and the community.
Again, thank you so much to all that made the End Event such a successful day!
