Until now, no official acknowledgement of the fourth wave. No official communication on airborne transmission of the virus. No change of public health measures. Still wasting presumably millions of taxpayers money on useless public sanitization exercises.
The Govt acts as if we’re still fighting the same enemy from last year when the virus has advanced from sticks and stones to guns.

To top it off, politicians claim Malaysia is successful in managing Covid because other countries like US have far more cases and deaths, even though America has already reopened and is moving on with life like normal.

This same arrogance was seen last year during RMCO — as if Malaysia is a beautiful and unique snowflake in the pandemic — and now Malaysians are paying the price for every single govt misstep, from public health to the economy to social welfare.
