Almost 500 people and counting are in a Zoom call to view Adam Skelly's (that anti-lockdown BBQ guy from last year) constitutional challenge and now they say the meeting is at capacity and the judge can't join the meeting.

I think this is a harbinger of what to come.
Now the lead counsel can't join, so they're asking people who are both called in on the phone and on a Zoom call to not take up both.

This is at least better than a ten minutes ago when it was just a wave of people loudly trying to mute themselves.
They just said they're going to allow people to unmute themselves (I think) which is probably going to be very annoying for the counsels but very good for bloggers.
We're like 5 minutes into this and the judge and Skelly's lawyer are arguing over the validity of what they filed. Skelly's lawyer just had to leave the room to find additional documents he didn't have with him.

I am not envious of court reporters right now.
If you're looking for some analysis on this by someone who has more than a mere cursory understanding of legal systems and is also following along, may I suggest @CarymaRules?

My legal analysis is pretty limited but the way this is going doesn't really inspire faith in the crack team of lawyers that Skelly put together to prove the lockdown's were unconstitutional.

Remember he raised over $300,000.
The court took a break and Adam Skelly asked the empty room if they can have more people join. He was interrupted by a account named Patriot Productions accidentally making a phone call. Then the clerk tried to talk but someone is causing massive feedback and she had to stop.
Let's all have a quick salute to the brave man who is spending this break sadly telling people to "please turn off your microphones and video" as people accidentally talk or pop up on screen. I think he's said it over 10 times now.
Sounds like the judge is putting a halt to this proceeding because Skelly's lawyers didn't file the correct documents and she doesn't have the jurisdiction to hear the case.
And that's that. Turns out that BBQ Buddy and his crack team of lawyers weren't able to prove the lockdown was unconstitutional and (as many supporters hoped) that the pandemic was fake.

At the end Skelly's supporters were livid.

"Bullshit!" "Injustice! This is injustice!"
