Really? Maybe the sinkholes due to CLIMATE CHANGE? Last year S. Wdowinski (Dept. E&E) deemed building "UNSTABLE"; Climate Change as probable cause. "Unstable" by Law in FL. requires immediate permits for Demo, made safe, & MUST be VACANT!
