Time for another Truman Show, Only this time Truman is wearing a Nerd Sweater.
Many of you probably witnessed the 6 MDPI editor rage quit this the weekend over this manuscript that attempted to look at adverse events of the experimental shot that shall not be named.

The knee jerk reaction from Team Panic was that MDPI was a Predatory Journal and the paper should be retracted, censored, sworn at, and ejected into space, never to return.

Then this crowd began to realize all of their Vax-Pimp hero's were on the editorial board.

Then a controlled Rage quite chain reaction ensued that seemed to be contained to only those editors donning Nerd Sweaters.
The most predictable of course was Grand Poobah Florian Krammer, known for how loaded with Gates money he is. Image

And the last Nerd Sweater Rage quitter is Andrew Pekosz from John Hopkins... I mean Bill Hopkins University. I dont see obvious direct funding here but with the amount of Nerd Sweater money in JHU, I can't imagine how anyone there would spit on the ring.

So this rage quitting got the Journal to issue a letter of concern which is foreshadowing a retraction. The main complaint:

Deaths after vaccination are not causal but coincidental.
OK- The authors don't make such hard claims but lets be fair and apply that to the qPCR test?
Authors provide a calm response to such criticism.
If you don't trust the Lareb-ADR data.. why are we collecting it? If Death post vax is coincidence, then death 28 days after qPCR is also coincidence and we must be honest not asymmetric.

It didn't take long for Science magazine to pile on. Out comes this one sided smear campaign on the paper.
It's basically a "STAY IN YOUR LANE!" fallacy smear.
You are not allowed to do Numerator/Denominator math without a license.. or a Nerd Sweater.

Not a simple journalistic check. Don't even go an inch deep on the corporate conflicts that exist in this Journal. Clueless to the hundreds of Millions of dollars the Gates Foundation has invested in BioNtech and CureVac.

We need to decentralize peer review and make it Peer to Peer. Dis-intermediate the 3rd parties which invite conflicts.

This paper tries to makes claims of RT-qPCR sensitivity with a LLOQ of 372,800 molecules/ml as their lowest limit of Quantiation.

As a comparison, most clinical HIV RT-qPCR tests pick up 50 molecules/ml.
Hence they have very optimistic clearance rates.

It is well known from BioNtech (Lenk et al) and Sutton et al (1997) that RNA:DNA hybrids inhibit DNaseI.

What is less known is that Quadruplex Gs also inhibit DNaseI. Some exist in SV40 and we get the most signal from this qPCR amplicon.

2 Different mechanisms of DNaseI inhibition = plasmid fragmentation cannot be assumed to be uniform in the mRNA vaccines. Hence 100 fold more spike than parts of the vector.

Below is a map of the codon optimized spike where Quadruplex Gs are overlaid with GAA repeats. GAA's are stickier RNA:DNA hybrids.

Our qPCR primers are overlayed as well.

Evans et al demonstrate DNaseI is resistant to quadruplex Gs. They also move to alternative enzymes.

Note the concern over GAA sequences and RNA:DNA hybrids.
Our spike qPCR primers happen to land on GAA rich and quadruplex G rich regions of Spike.

It’s now published in The Journal of Independent Medicine.

It describes the mechanism of failure for the DNA contamination in the mRNA shots and why the regulators are missing it.

These folks don't even understand Capillary Electrophoresis.

Its becoming increasingly clear these are not honest mistakes but designed to deceive by people who are employed at a Vaccine Research Institute.

Here is the Rub.
They used a CE instrument that has a lower limit of sensitivity above the 10ng limit.
You need to be able to pick up 10X below the 10ng limit. Or 33pg/ul (300ul dose @ 10ng = 33pg/ul) Image
This is embarrassingly rigged or they are incompetent.
They ignored our comments on the preprint server and raced their paper into @Nature.

@JesslovesMJK and @DJSpeicher have their own substacks picking up other errors in this paper I'll post sortly. Image
