Confession time:

I haven’t been buying / selling pools, chlorine, or PS5s.

I never cashed in on potato heads or banned books.

You might think it’s crazy, but this is why (thread 👇🏻)

1. Risk

Hot items bring attention.

A young guy in the reselling community just got killed selling a PS5.

Pools have to ship freight and can arrive damaged.

Chlorine carries hazmat concerns.

Buyers scam you for selling sports cards.

Everything carries some inherent risk, but I like to keep it as low as possible.

You’re not lying awake at night wondering if something is going to go catastrophically wrong when you sell toys, topicals, and grocery.

2. I’m lazy

Actually, I am not. I have a large family and my businesses are growing.

Which is exactly why I don’t want to drop everything on a moments notice to go hunt the latest cancelled action figure.

I also don’t want to ship it, or deal with customer service.

I want my employees to prep and pack my product, and I want Jeff Bezos to deal with the rest of it.

This time next year I want to leave for a month and my business keeps going.

I don’t want to own a job.

3. Sustainability

If you asked which one influenced my decision most, it’s the badge of honor of having reliable sources and consistent cash flow.

My business is 0% dependent on fads and high ROI crack that hype resellers get high on.

I don’t spend my weeks hunting retail.

90% of the flipping community on Twitter doesn’t even know the tools I use exist, let alone how to use them.

Reselling at its core is simple.

But I want every advantage possible to create large, (at least semi) passive income.

In less than one year, I created a six-figure income just from flipping.

Yes, that’s $100k+ net Income from flipping in 11 months.
