Comparing yourself will only lower your self-esteem.

Don't compare yourself because:

- we all are born different.
- we all have unique qualities.
- we all have a different story.

Your only comparison should be with your yesterday's self.
3) Trying to please everyone.

No matter how much you try, you will never be able to please everyone.

Instead focus on:

- your passion.
- your own happiness.
- your mental health.

Don't waste your time and energy in trying to please others.
4) Having high expectations from others.

Expectations usually leads to disappointments.

Don't expect anything from anyone.

Be your own supporter and stop expecting that someone will come and save you.
5) Doubting yourself.

This is the worst thing you can ever do with yourself.

"Kill self doubt before it kills you."

To kill self doubt:

- practice self compassion.
- remind yourself of your achievements.
- stop comparing yourself with others.
- have a high quality circle.
6) Dwelling on the past.

What had happened has happened. You can't change it.

Dwelling on the past will only:

- waste your time.
- lead to regrets.
- demotivate you.

Instead focus on the present and the upcoming time and try to make the most of it.
7) Worrying about the future.

Worrying about the future is same as dwelling on the past.

Don't worry because:

- the future is unpredictable.
- you have no control over it.
- it will just lead to stress.
