Raw idea → solve the management problems of #Airbnbhosts

0. First thing that we did → We tested the market 👀 We created a free Notion Template targeted for Airbnb hosts aimed to solve the communication between hosts and guests → we concluded that they were interested ✓

1. We started by identifying all the problems associated with our raw idea
1.1 After that we used colored tags to see which problems a #notiontemplate will be able to solve:🟢For sure, 🟠Maybe, 🟤Don't think so, ⭐️Next stage

1.2 Once each issue was tagged, we removed those that we thought were not relevant or hardly doable 🤓 After that we group the problems into general solutions ✓

2. We narrowed the general solutions to those we thought were the most important and start proposing SPECIFIC solutions 📝
2.1 We again used colored tags to see on which solutions we need to focus:👍For sure, 👎Nah, ❓Maybe, ⭐️Next stage

2.2 We then started turning our solutions to specific spaces for our template, this last analysis functioned as a draft proposal of the sections we wanted to include 🚀

3. The Last stage of our product design process was creating the #userflow 👀 This is the real essence of our template 🧠
