The Americans are ramping up production of Raytheon Block 5A Tomahawk land attack cruise missiles. 
This is America's answer to China's strategic rocket forces, especially its DF 26 and DF 21 missiles that can hit targets 1335 miles away.
It will be the longest range American anti-ship missile to date, able to hit surface ships a thousand mile away thanks to the integration of a new seeker.
It can loiter around. Unlike conventional missiles, the Tomahawk Blk5 generates its own power. Giving it greater range because it is able to travel at a fuel efficient speed and hit targets with precision.
