After what age do we come to know the qualities that distinguish & individual & decide the relevant education & training necessary for the location as per his character? A Brahmin vocation is only when he joins 1/4
gurukulam at the age of seven or eight, he will be able to complete his studies for 12 years and then practice anushtanams meant for him & teach others on their karmas.If a man's occupation where to be fixed until after his character and qualities are formed ,it would mean a 2/4
waste of his youthful time by not learning anything while young & then become lazy to do a work .Even if he were to learn a job or trade does at late age it would mean a loss not only to himself but also to the society.The lord speaks again & again that be constantly engaged 3/4
in work and that we must not remain idle even for a moment .How then would he approve of an arrangement in which every individual has to be without any work until his location is determined according to his character? 4/4
