1/6 Momentum building for a forensic audit in MI! Rep Matt Maddock is latest rep to extend his support to a push by the MI legislature to conduct a forensic audit! We only need one chamber to initiate an audit. In AZ, it was their Senate. Will it be the House in MI? We'll see.
2/6 Three basic options for legislature-led audit: 1) HB 5091 by Rep Steve Carra (latest version features FULL forensic audit) 2) House Resolution granting subpoena authority to a House Committee. Subpoena authority necessary to gain access to statewide election records.
3/6 3) Citizen initiative introducing a bill similar to updated HB 5091. Once sufficient signatures obtained, it goes to vote by Senate and House without any need for signature by Governor.
4/6 If we use the AZ cost model for the audit, a full forensic audit of the state of Michigan would cost around $18M (~$3/vote). Private sources from all of the country are likely to chip in to ensure that our 2020 election was truly free and fair.
Legislators are starting to feel the heat to honor their oaths of office and conduct a statewide forensic audit of the 2020 election results. Thankfully, a couple of legislators have stood up for our rights in commendable fashion such as Rep Daire Rendon and Rep Steve Carra.
Sadly, the political status quo crowd including those in the GOP are attempting to turn the heat up on me and those who continue to expose election fraud regardless of threats of lawsuits and AG investigations. Not gonna work. We know how the machine works ;)
Their current attempt to marginalize those exposing election fraud is to call for me and others to share "a single piece of evidence" of election fraud. This is a not so clever trap.
I understand with some frustration that many folks are giving @RepSteveCarra some heat for introducing his bill for a forensic audit. Please stop that. He readily acknowledges that the bill he introduced is not perfect and is seeking suggestions on how to improve it.
I have personally been in discussions with him and @JovanHPulitzer. Steve is committed to amend the bill to avoid what Jovan refers to as a "fractional audit".
I have provided him with a substitute bill proposal that addresses this issue and more.
Rather than criticize his bill, we should be commending Rep Carra for being the first legislator to peek out of the foxhole and tackle the topic of a forensic audit in Michigan.
4/12/21 Antrim County Election Hearing Recap: Good news, Bad news
Bad News:
- Despite a very reasonable argument related to the need for this information as a control group to contrast the findings in Antrim, the judge ruled that plaintiffs are unable to subpoena data from any county except for Antrim.
More Bad News:
- Depositions (e.g. SoS Benson, Clerk Guy) must be conducted via Zoom rather than in person. This opens the door to witness coaching analogous to Joe Biden TV interviews.
- Dominion manuals will not be provided to plaintiffs
BREAKING NEWS: WCHY broadcast of Michigan's 13th Circuit Court today governing the Antrim County Election lawsuit filed by Matt DePerno on behalf of BIll Bailey was prevented by an internet-based Denial of Service attack.
This organized attack started at exactly at 10:31am and lasted until Randy Bishop's Your Defending Fathers broadcast on WCHY ended at Noon. yourdefendingfathers.com
This indicates a strategic pivot by the #2020election coup and their media accomplices. Instead of their past defamatory personal attacks and attempts to discredit the evidence provided, it is obvious they are now seeking to pretend the evidence doesn't exist.
Notice the silence from most media outlets regarding the blockbuster news about wireless modems installed on election equipment motherboards and the unraveling of the 2020 election results as a result of Antrim County lawsuit? letsfixstuff.org/2021/04/antrim…
Be prepared tomorrow to see an all out assault by our coup-complicit media on the evidence we have presented prior to the 13th Circuit Court hearing at 10:30am on Monday. Listen live at WCHY in Cheboygan. wchy.us
Also, please note that we haven't heard a peep in the media about my response to Dominion's false assertions blasted out a week ago. For the record, I shared my response with the same media outlets which parroted Dominion's false claims on Monday night. exposeelectionfraud.com/press-releases
