I am glad they realize they need to provide resources. I am galled at how quickly they can put it together when the urgency is there. And that this is what it took for the urgency to be there.
Was the possibility of more unnamed victims not urgency enough? Was helping parents know how to identify if their child needed help not urgency enough?
Again, I am glad they are taking action to try to make resources available. But it breaks my heart seeing how quickly this could be accomplished when they finally decided it was worth their time.
