As someone who has been published by @neonhemlock , and is hoping to be published by them again, this obviously concerns me on a couple of levels, @Paypal.
The first, @Paypal, is on a disability/accessibility level.
I can't drive for medical reasons, which in turn makes it difficult for me to get to a bank. @NeonHemlock has very kindly paid me through @Paypal to make that much easier for me.
The second, of course, is the vagueness of this explanation.
What terms have been violated here? Does this just affect @neonhemlock , or does it affect people who work with them?
This is a problem.
The third and biggest issue is that this is the THIRD time this month that I have heard about @Paypal closing the accounts of small businesses - apparently arbitrarily.
This does not make me feel particularly comfortable about continuing to work with you, @Paypal.

To remind everyone, @AerLingus damaged my wheelchair on my August 6, 2019 flight from Orlando to Berlin.
Two and a half months later, my wheelchair STILL has not been repaired/returned. It's at Browning's, a medical supply store. #FlyingWhileDisabled
@AerLingus After waiting a month for @Aerlingus to submit payment for the wheelchair repair, on October 5, I filed an official complaint with the Commission for Aviation Regulation in Ireland.
Wheelchair update: At wheelchair repair place now. As per technician, it does not look as if @AerLingus replaced any parts at all, and the stuff about using a European part was just a lie.
The center part - the foldout part - has been bent and needs to be completely replaced, @AerLingus .
I think what I am angriest about right now is that @AerLingus lied when they said they fixed my wheelchair, and again when I told them it was still broken, and they claimed it was fixed.
