#Hathras: In March, the Hathras gangrape victim's family alleged being threatened & intimidated INSIDE the courtroom, in the presence of the judge.
They have been demanding for the CCTV footage. Multiple times it has been denied to them.

On September 2 we went back to Hathras.
For the first time in one year, The #Hathras victim's brother was cross-questioned. The questioning lasted for close to five hours.
The next hearing will take place on September 9.
