Crypto Research Thread 📝

Make sure to read this thoroughly if you are new to crypto & don't know how to truly research an asset

So let's do a deep dive into how to properly research & decide if something is a good buy or not
So I always like to take in as much substance as I possibly can about a project from their website alone.

Read their white paper thoroughly, if there is anything you don't understand research the terminology and figure it out the best you can.
Next we do a deep dive into their partnerships, are they fortune 500 companies, companies you have heard before, see if they have been confirmed on BOTH ENDS, yes crypto projects could lie about these partnerships, so intensively find the connections.
When looking at partnerships see how they could innovate certain markets/industries.

Example $HBAR partnership with @emtech_inc with the possibility to fully disrupt the future of finance through CBDCs & CBD-Cash

These partnerships/innovations provide intensive value
Read through their website & make sure it's fully transparent, always look into tokenomics & the team.

Tokenomics that matter is how much of the % the team holds, this protects you from potentially being rugged as well as manipulated prices.
When looking into the team make sure they have a decent background, meaning look into their LinkedIn & past at other companies.

Next we talk about utility, does your asset have the potential to be utilized on a massive scale?
I love utility based tokens, I love when I know an asset will be used, because I believe that crypto value will thrive from utility in the future.

Now when doing your research it's good to do an even deeper dive by looking into the pros & CONS, yes look into the cons.
You always want to make sure you see both sides of the story even if the cons are just fud. Research the FUD aspects, for example #Hedera & fake transactions. A quick in depth research will allow you to find out their partner @AdsDaxPlatform already did over 1B transactions.
Stomping out FUD by doing research is great not only for your confidence in the project, but also alleviates concerns you'd have in the project for future reference.

Now the best thing to read next is their roadmap, have they been holding up to their release dates?
Yes release dates are very important, because it shows you how reliable the team is in holding up to their word.

Next make sure they have a strong marketing direction as well, because a project with great fundamentals, but a weak marketing team is detrimental to growth.
Now the marketing aspect isn't that important, but it is good for growth.

Next you can look into their social media platforms and listen to interviews if there is any. Digest as much substance as you possibly can from OFFICIAL sources before watching YouTubers.
This way you can ensure what the YouTuber/Influencer is saying is legit and confirmed.

A lot of news spread is falsified, pure hopium/speculation, and most of the time is unofficial.

Your own research is detrimental to your investments success or downfall.
Last, but not least see if they have ANY live projects already.

Live projects allow you to see the project development so far & not only that, but it adds credibility to the team/project.
I hope that this helps anyone choosing to invest in a new project or even current one.

It's always YOUR responsibility when choosing to invest YOUR money, so if you lose money it's on you. So always do what's in your best interest & research what you are putting your cash into.
