Boyarkin managed the project for Deripaska. Gates recalled meeting with Boyarkin, Kilimnik, and Manafort about the project.

Boyarkin had intel regarding politicians in Guinea and contacts within the Guinean government.

Peter R. de Vries was shot in the head Tuesday in broad daylight near one of Amsterdam’s busiest plazas just minutes after he left a TV studio. He remains in critical condition, according to Dutch law enforcement.
De Vries had been acting as a confidant and counsel to Nabil B, star witness against alleged drug kingpin, Ridouan Taghi. The trial has already seen its fair share of bloodshed: Nabil’s brother and lawyer were assassinated in 2018 and 2019.

Federal investigators are looking into a small plane crash in Ohio which claimed the life of its pilot, a Republican media consultant who was instrumental in the presidential and gubernatorial campaigns of three members of the Bush Family.
