In an exclusive interview, the former senior advisor for Trump's reelection campaign, described to Insider how he's pitching Trump on GETTR.
The two men discussed a possible — undisclosed — pricetag for getting Trump on the platform, the newly-minted CEO of GETTR told Insider. Miller also gave Trump a spin through the social network's app.
"I know he's impressed by the technology because I sat down with him and gave him a demonstration and put a brand new iPhone in his hand with GETTR on it, already loaded up," Miller said. "He was holding it in his hand, and he's like 'Wow, I haven't done this in a while.'"
The name Trump used in his now-defunct Twitter handle, "realDonaldTrump" is parked at GETTR, if he decides to join, Miller said. GETTR also has handles reserved for President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, he added, should they decide to join.
