As they cycle through the Council one more time, my feeling is that the City term sheet - which the A’s don’t agree with - will pass 6-2 or 5-3. That puts the ball in MLB’s or Rob Manfred’s court. I’ve felt this way for weeks. Is that good? No it is not. #oakmtg #HowardTerminal
