1) Tailor your profile to reflect who you are & the kind of people/companies/opportunities that you want to attract, starting with your title & profile description.

Talk about who you are, your experience and skills, what you have to offer and/or what you are looking for.

2) Find & connect with people who are in your field (& outside your field as well). Add/follow anyone who's profile & content you like. Follow influencers/experts who post good content.

Send a short thank you message to every new connection. Find the companies you like/want to work for & follow them 2.

3) Engage with people's posts regularly i.e. likes & comments etc.👍🏽 Commenting works best (the algorithm likes it too) + it can help make someone's day (esp thoughtful comments).

4) Create your own interesting posts. Those posts should be related to your interests/career and they should help educate/encourage people & solve their problems.

You'll get more engagement if you add (a or) your picture to the post & add some vulnerability as well.

Your posts should not be about telling people to buy your stuff all the time🙄 (it's a turn off!). Turn on the follow botton too.

5) You may encounter creeps as you keep growing. Sorry in advance. 🤪

6) Don't let the toxic positivity & false comparison get to you. 😥
