I want to ask questions to the IG and the DCI. You say the CCTV had been tampered with, but we need accountability for the period between 9:00 p.m. on 7th June to 4:00 a.m. on 8th June 2025. According to the occurrence book, Albert was booked at 2:35 a.m. and was dead by 3:45 a.m.

To the CS , you flew to Nandi a few weeks ago for Father Alois's funeral and told the family you knew the killers. People have also been killed in Angata Barikoi. When you read Articles 240 and 245, it's clear the Ministry of Interior is suffering from a leadership crisis. It is good that the nation has now seen the incompetence of CS Murkomen in this matter. If anybody has to resign we must start with the CS. That is where the back stops. ~ @scherargei #BungeLiveSENImage
He had the wrong assertion that he is barely six months in office. Does he need 10,000 years to make change in this country? He has not presented any policy on police brutality as required under Articles 245 and 240. It is high time the President does a reshuffle and takes the CS for Interior back to Sports, because he likes "kuletaring mchezo" in serious national matters. We won't sit back and let this happen. Everybody must be held to account. ~ @scherargei #BungeLiveSEN
His PS, when Ongondo Were was killed, used to give blow-by-blow updates of information. What is happening with Albert Ojwang and Father Alois Bett? He must be held accountable. If he doesn’t want to be held accountable, let him take a walk. ~ @scherargei #BungeLiveSEN

➡️The Speaker of the National Assembly, Moses Wetangula, who received President William Ruto’s memo on his reservation to withhold assent to the Finance Bill 2024 last evening, will notify each of the 349 MPs of the implications of the President’s action. 1/Image
➡️Under the rules of the House, if a message from the President is received at a time when the House is not sitting, the Speaker must immediately cause the message to be sent to each Member and report the message to the House on the day it next sits. 2/
➡️This means that the earliest the House can consider the President’s memorandum asking MPs to strike out entire provisions of the Finance Bill 2024 is July 22nd, following the House’s short recess. 3/
