I want to ask questions to the IG and the DCI. You say the CCTV had been tampered with, but we need accountability for the period between 9:00 p.m. on 7th June to 4:00 a.m. on 8th June 2025. According to the occurrence book, Albert was booked at 2:35 a.m. and was dead by 3:45 a.m.
To the CS , you flew to Nandi a few weeks ago for Father Alois's funeral and told the family you knew the killers. People have also been killed in Angata Barikoi. When you read Articles 240 and 245, it's clear the Ministry of Interior is suffering from a leadership crisis. It is good that the nation has now seen the incompetence of CS Murkomen in this matter. If anybody has to resign we must start with the CS. That is where the back stops. ~ @scherargei #BungeLiveSEN
He had the wrong assertion that he is barely six months in office. Does he need 10,000 years to make change in this country? He has not presented any policy on police brutality as required under Articles 245 and 240. It is high time the President does a reshuffle and takes the CS for Interior back to Sports, because he likes "kuletaring mchezo" in serious national matters. We won't sit back and let this happen. Everybody must be held to account. ~ @scherargei #BungeLiveSEN

I have been on the list of shame of those Members of Parliament that have never spoken. I take this opportunity to apologize to the people of Lamu for putting them on the papers for the wrong reasons. - @MuthoniMarubu #BungeLiveNA
I happen to be those students who happen to be very average. I start very slowly. I remember when I went to primary school, I scored 258/500. I went to Lamu Gorls High School and I made it a B and I went to university, I graduated with first class honours. - @MuthoniMarubu

I am actually surprised that after they've won the election, the "ground" does not seem to matter and those people don't seem to matter. I just want to warn them that if you don't listen to the ground right now, kitawaramba when the time actually comes. - @Lesuuda#BungeLiveNA
I want to tell the same hustlers who have been forgotten that once the 16% fuel levy is increased, they will really feel the pinch because the cost of living will actually go up and even the cost of manufacturing will go up. - @Lesuuda#BungeLiveNA

We need to look at the basics. Kenyans do not have food, we're telling them how to house them. While defending this, the other side has spent a lot of time trying to tell us that this is an opportunity to create jobs for the youth. - @CGisairo#BungeLiveNA
Can you tell us exactly what this levy is? Is it a job creation levy or a housing levy? We've changed it from a contribution to a levy, moved it from a provision where after 7 years, the contributors had a way out or to stay in clause - @CGisairo#BungeLiveNA

That 16% fuel levy is the poison chalice that is in this #FinanceBill2023, Mr Speaker. Once we implement the 16% on fuel levy, everything else we go up in this country. Let us not hide ourselves or close our eyes to reality. - @JunetMohamed#BungeLiveNA
Let us not accept. I'm told the proposal might be from IMF, from where...let us not care. This House must stand together and must stand with the people of Kenya because we must make life bearable for them. That is our work, that is why they elected us. -@JunetMohamed#BungeLiveNA

This is one of the Finance Bills that have been vilified more than any other Bill in the history of our legislative processes in this House. - @KIMANIICHUNGWAH#BungeLiveNA
But the vilification has been informed by misinformation, a lot of propaganda, a lot of insinuations and disinformation of things that are not even in the Bill. - @KIMANIICHUNGWAH#BungeLiveNA

It is stupid, in fact I don't know how I can describe to beat a man for doing what yourself proposed. The other side proposed this housing levy, now it's being implemented. - @David_Ouma#BungeLiveNA
The issue with the other side is not that they don't like housing, the issue they have is that someone else implementing it. If they were the ones implementing this today, they would be asking us to support it. - @David_Ouma#BungeLiveNA

On the issue of housing levy, let me put it on record that this is one of those areas where the public collective is more important that the individual collective. - @CaroliOmondi#BungeLiveNA
There are many areas where generally the public have to pull together to realise what is called the public good such as in medical insurance and the housing scheme. - @CaroliOmondi#BungeLiveNA
