the "boring" company:
one of my friends awhile ago asked me about the boring company and i answered that, actually that one is kind of boring
and he pushed back on that, and really changed my way of thinking about it. to paraphrase some of what he said, its not just a matter of what is the actual boring company doing but putting the elon brand on the much larger phenomenon of underground infrastructure
just like how spacex isnt really about what spacex is actually doing, and how the recent phenomenon of spacex, starlink, etc is a false 'starting point' for a historical narrative that begins much farther back
and he made another point that really stuck with me which is that, what if rather than simply being a common form of graft, that cost overruns and 'delays' and breakdowns in municipal tunneling and underground projects are actually masking *hidden* work?
and all of this really made me pause and realize that i hadnt been thinking hard enough about this
the point of this thread is to try to build a framework for detecting and evaluating hidden underground infrastructure and how it relates to a serious trigger pull of the depopulation plan
here we are trying to see the unseen, and a way i like to think about this is that it is like trying to make determinations about an object that is behind a curtain. we cannot see or feel the object, but by poking the curtain in certain places we can evaluate the object's shape
specifically, the focus is on major cities and particularly where this type of infrastructure is 'too big to hide'. the reason being that some categories of underground infrastructure are simply more or less undetectable via the means we have available
before we get started, lets quickly review some of the relevant context
one of the working premises of these threads is that nazism was an 'inside job', in the sense that the capitalist countries crafted and propped up nazism as a trial run for a true global 'final solution'
this gave the capitalist countries a test bed with limited risk and scope to build a base of knowledge that could eventually be used to repeat the concepts of nazism on a global scale
the fighting between the capitalist allies and the nazis was a sort of technological drill to get an otherwise impossible leg up on socialism by forcing all of society to participate in the refinement of war and the development of new warfare technologies
the 'final solution' for capitalism, is to dramatically reduce the population to a manageable number and shift them into a designed society such that they will have no capacity to resist whatever terms are imposed on them
the fundamental and permanent risk for capitalism is a large and organized global population. to maintain control of so many people requires immense effort and entails constant risk, and the only way out is to eliminate enough people that the population poses no threat
the genesis of the technology necessary to conduct this plan, for this kind of thinking to even exist, coincides more or less neatly with the planning of nazism -
these technologies were too rough, computers too undeveloped, to bear fruit yet but they existed and were sufficiently developed to render this kind of thinking possible by the time nazism existed
we find numerous useful examples of this kind of 'drill' strategy, the engineering of a situation in order to develop weapons technology, in more modern times:
teledesic and the low earth orbit internet constellations
with all of this in mind, in the event of a rapid and global depopulation - necessarily billions rapidly eliminated - there has to be some hidden and safe haven for both the capitalists and their einsatzgruppen to conduct the operation
both for reasons of operational command and control as well as security of the leaders of the plan. and there is no escaping the vulnerability of overland structures, when the entire world's population is simultaneously being eliminated
thus, the need to go underground
whether the depopulation mechanism is nuclear or conventional bombing, chemical or biological warfare, or something else there is no way to escape the value of safe and secure underground infrastructure and indeed this was one of the areas of development during world war ii
that being said, i believe that nuclear weaponry is the most viable mechanism and indeed that the entire plan was devised around this technology and these next few threads will be exploring this option
at some point, this technology didn't exist. then it became experimental and stocks of it were low, then eventually it became well-tested and stocks of it were high. i mention this because the advent of this technology,
regardless of whether or not the official dates and numbers are true, did occur during a certain window of time and would have necessitated major adjustments to accommodate
anyway, thats a lot of context and overhead and repetition but frequently i will reference something from another thread and get a comment asking what it is referring to so i am trying to preempt this especially since we are introducing a new but important and broad subject
as i said, underground infrastructure saw significant development during wwii - the advent of bomber technology necessitated it. i disagree obviously with the limhang 'opportunistic' paperclip interpretation but the information is nonetheless useful: ImageImage
by the way, note the eisenhower quote in the first image - that if the germans had perfected their new weapons technology any sooner, it could have turned the tides of the war
and compare to this article airandspace.si.edu/stories/editor…
the article examines and more or less debunks this narrative, now absorbed into the popular consciousness, and it is interesting to see it coming from eisenhower himself Image
the underlined passages speak for themselves with regards to the hypothesis described earlier in this thread Image
anyway,
though again we are wading through a limited hangout interpretation, we can see very clearly that the united states absorbed the nazi underground engineering apparatus and considered underground engineering to be extremely important Image
mittelwerk and the other factories, as well as defensive structures like the fuhrerbunker, represented the state of the art ImageImageImage
and this knowledge was put to use by the united states as it began its own program of underground facilities with the dawn of the nuclear era Image
if wwii represents a drill for the real 'final solution' before it was technologically possible, the equivalent of general magic's smartphone efforts in the 1990s, nuclear weapons are comparable to the internet and 3g which allowed smartphones to become real.
which is to say that, the revelation of nuclear weapons represents the point at which the threat of global extermination was made against humanity and so preparations must have been made for if this option was taken
and i think there is no doubt that if it looked like they were truly going to lose everything that the ruling class would have tried to nuke the world and watch from their fuhrerbunkers
i will examine this in subsequent threads but it seems to me that, the nuclear annihilation card was played early and the impression of the threat was magnified beyond what the actual pieces on the board were capable of dealing and absorbing, in order to buy time
the 1950s saw an escalation of hidden nuclear infrastructure, and so gives us a good rough starting point to try to evaluate hidden underground undertakings disguised as other work
an illustrative example to get us started is the greenbrier hotel Image
note 'project x' btw, the x thing is something ive come across very frequently and it is used almost especially with regards to elon-stamped subjects like spaceflight and autonomous vehicles - spacex, google's x program, challenge x, x prize, etc
this also rang another bell for me which is that, i have to wonder if this specific scenario of being trapped in a hotel during nuclear holocaust informed the plot and symbolism of 'the shining'
Image
at any rate we have in 1955 the construction of a secret nuclear shelter masked as another kind of construction project, and this serves as establishment that by roughly this time period this type of project did indeed exist
from here we may confidently explore the subject further
lets examine the different types of underground infrastructure and what locations they might be placed in:
so far we have seen underground factories, protective bunkers, and military command and control centers
the value of placing these things underground is obvious in the context of facing enemy bombardment, and in this context placement in hidden and more rural areas seems desirable
but a theme that we will continue to develop upon is that, contrary to most of the available discourse surrounding nuclear warfare, this is not the scenario we are concerned with, which is that of a ruling class nuking its own territory
i mention this because it means that while some of this infrastructure may need to be built with an enemy in mind, some of it may not -
in other words, not all of this protective infrastructure needs to withstand a genuine nuclear assault from an enemy, some of it may only need to be designed for withstanding proximal or otherwise predictable and controlled strikes
and this i believe opens up a lot of the possibility of this infrastructure being built in cities on a scale that would be impossible or prohibitively expensive if it *was* intended to defend against a genuine assault
another important category of underground features is that of 'doomsday' devices that are to activate in the event of a catastrophic failure to the ruling class plan
while some of this infrastructure may be placed in cities, i think it is far more likely that the rural areas are littered with nuclear facilities that are rigged to blow in the event the ruling class winds up captured or otherwise deposed, to be revealed as a bargaining chip
and presumably a large portion of the ruling class would prefer to hole up in hidden rural bunkers rather than remain in cities during the assault
while the task of 'de-mining' the world of these doomsday traps will eventually be necessary, all of this rural infrastructure is again for now more or less undetectable. what is more likely to be detectable is massive urban infrastructure that is, again, 'too big to hide'.
and we can estimate or imagine the functionality of this infrastructure by looking at what sorts of qualities would make it advantageous to build in cities as opposed to rural areas.
and if we determine that there are potential advantages to building urban structures, we can try to imagine signs to look for that might indicate its existence.
so what *would* be a use case for possessing underground infrastructure in cities during the big extermination? i think perhaps number one is a proximal command and control center
as well as the need to barracks einsatzgruppen and store weaponry that must be staged in cities before the assault such as clean up drones
and this brings up difficult questions such as, how many soldiers are needed? how much equipment? how many people are supposed to survive, is it enough that cities will need their own shelters for the rich? etc
and as well we must keep in mind the shifting of the technological landscape over the decades that these projects have been active
this being said, i think it is very clear that there is a use case for building secret military infrastructure underneath large cities - so what then might be some of the signs to look for that indicate its existence?
cost overruns, periods of stagnation, large scope and scale of the project, a long timeframe, controversy over whether or not the project is actually beneficial, suspicious deaths related to the project - these are a good starting place
cost overruns mask the funding, periods of stagnation create a window for certain kinds of work that could not otherwise be done during normal construction, controversy indicates that despite other solutions being available underground/tunneling work was given priority
if 'layer 1' is thinking that cost overruns are just a form of stealing taxpayer money - which is true - 'layer 2' thinking is that actually something even worse might be going on. that graft and corruption serve as cover or a convenient 'dead end' into any inquiry
'layer 3' thinking is that the ruling class may attempt to misdirect people who have already reached layer 2, by seeding stories that indicate the presence of secret infrastructure where there is none and directing attention away from where it exists.
we should always shoot for this 'layer 3' kind of thinking because it positions us as an adversary of the ruling class rather than a mere spectator
anyway, with this rubric in mind lets evaluate a couple of large infrastructure projects and see what sticks
we will start with chicago's tunnel and reservoir (TARP) plan, also known as the 'deep tunnel' Image
Image
the chicago tunnel and reservoir plan was the product of planning that began in the 1960s to address the city's sewage overflow Image
the plan was formally adopted in 1972, and construction on the tunnel system began in 1975 with funding from the epa and clean water act Image
since the beginning, there has been a significant contingent of people who claim that the tunnel plan is not an effective solution to the overflow problem Image
even the epa concluded, around 1980, that the project may not solve the environmental issues that led to its funding Image
regardless of this, the tunnel project served as the technological basis for many similar projects Image
so influential was the project that the engineers from chicago's water treatment agency wound up lending their tunneling technology and expertise to the department of energy for the building of nuclear accelerators ImageImage
the point here is not to conduct a thorough examination of the efficacy of the tunnel plan nor document its history extensively, but rather just to look for warning signs
and the concerns of the doubters, whether right or wrong, are indeed a sign worth noting Image
over 100 miles of deep underground tunnels, more than forty years of continuous construction, one of the largest and costliest sewage projects in the world and a novel and debatably effective solution, i think this is a potential candidate for hidden underground infrastructure.
even now the project fails to fully mitigate flooding, necessitating smaller scale initiatives to pick up the slack of the system. ImageImage
i have to take note that scott bernstein and the 'center for neighborhood technology' have been the consistent voice of opposition in chicago media for over 30 years. he was in one of the 1985 articles, hes in the one posted above, and here he is again in a slate article: ImageImage
and in the second image from the slate article, another frequently repeated point comes up - the 'bathtub and straw' metaphor for the tarp system.
the idea being that, tarp is a bathtub filled by straws that redirect overflow into it at the neighborhood level. if there are not straws in place to redirect the water, then tarp's massive size is useless for overflow mitigation
so, our massive underground bathtub may or may not even have the ability to accept water from some locations. here are a few more images with the same metaphor: ImageImage
and as obvious as this concern is, apparently this was not considered when they built the bathtub.
of note to any historians of gentrification this overflow functions as a sort of weapon, just as these 'mega' projects do function as a way for the ruling class to gorge themselves, but i think too that something else is happening here. Image
another piece of infrastructure worth examining is new york city's water tunnel no. 3 project:
tunnel no. 3, like chicago's deep tunnel system, is frequently described as one of the engineering marvels of the world. designed to provide redundancy for the city's aging tunnels no. 1 and 2, tunnel no. 3 is a legendary project that is still under construction until today Image
so the story goes, in 1954 water engineers went to inspect tunnel no. 1 and realized that shutting the valves of the old tunnel was more or less impossible Image
after a period of discussion in the 1960s, ground broke on the new tunnel in late 1969 or early 1970. Image
right off the bat ill say that the timeline here is certainly in line with what we are looking for - 1954 is similar enough to when other secret nuclear projects were being planned such as the greenbrier bunker and project iceworm.
and on that note, while TARP came a little later chicago did have some interesting tunnel developments also in the 1950s - an underground freight system went into abandonment, though it continued to be used by utility companies in the following decades. Image
but TARP and tunnel no. 3 share a rough timeline of genesis in the 1950s (chicago had multiple major floods in this decade), planning in the 1960s, construction begins in the 1970s and in fits and starts continues until today.
one thing that cannot be fully expressed in this thread format is the sense you get when you read the same exact myths and phrases and descriptions again and again while following a subject in newspaper coverage
for several decades -
a minor example of this was mentioned regarding the straw and bathtub analogy. what i will say is that in extensive reading of 'covered up'/'conspiracy' subjects you start to get a sense that outlets are told to stick to very specific lines and talk to very specific experts
i cant fully convey this sensation but if you research these projects on your own, you will find that the coverage gives off this vibe heavily. and sadly in general i think i cant fully give this topic its due in this first thread, but hopefully we will return to it later.
so, tunnel no. 3. is it actually useful? is it a reasonable solution to the problem? predictably this is debatable. it *seems* as though in the 60s/70s a lot of panic was seeded over the aging previous tunnels and the third tunnel was thrust forward as the only solution
the tunnel is a redundancy feature and has nothing to do with supply availability, but still droughts were used to reiterate warnings. and despite all of the panic over the two aging tunnels, city engineers said they have no real reason to think anything is wrong with them. Image
here is an instance of one of the repeated lines regarding tunnel no. 3, that if a valve in one of the older two tunnels was shut it may never be able to reopen. Image
i am not a water infrastructure engineer. but if theyve never been closed, they dont need to be closed for normal function. and if they couldnt reopen one, im sure they could destroy it. that sounds better than building a new tunnel.
likewise, the line in the previous image that if one tunnel was inspected the load might burst the other tunnel - it just seems that there must be a cheaper way to *allow* inspection and repair by somehow diverting the water supply than by building a much larger third tunnel.
and i will return to the matter of inspection with imo quite a whopper, truly funny business type stuff
to put it in perspective though, here is another reiteration of the valve line and their idea of a 'mammoth' valve that may never reopen is six feet in diameter. ImageImage
over time the cost estimations for the project skyrocketed, and at various points alternatives and reductions to the project's scope were considered ImageImage
ownership of the project also shifted around over time, with corruption scandals related to the tunnel project resulting in 'reorganization' of the city's water bureaucracy. its possible that the changing of hands represents some kind of controlled demolition, Image
it allows the guilty to 'get away' with the corruption but it also masks anything else that might have been going on in the early years of the project. definitely a sign to pay attention to and a frequently repeated strategem (recall the burning of shockley).
note that several of these articles have mentioned a hiatus in construction in 1975 and lasting until 1980 - in this article we see more 'changing of hands', and more description of this hiatus which represents a point where 'darker' work could occur. Image
also the quote here about being unable to "stop the partially completed project" i think is telling.
regarding corruption, i think its useful to examine some of the specifics with 'deeper' laundering in mind:
one aspect of the corruption centers on concrete prices - with the local ny concrete monopoly charging the most expensive prices in the nation, working with the mafia, etc ImageImage
this is normal behavior, we have this issue in my city and the contractors are well-known. but this is a potential mechanism to mask black budget. its very simple, overcharging for a single input of the project, and i think this simplicity makes it appealing
look how they wave away the concerns with intractable issues like lack of supply, quality control, etc. Image
i tend to be suspicious of corruption 'revelations' and doubtful of the oversight mechanisms. so i see that this could 1) be limhang damage control because a *lot* of people in the city will know the actual price of crete or 2) reframing and deadending something that goes deeper.
the same article discusses bid rigging amongst the tunnel majors, and i dont have time to investigate these figures sadly but their names are worth noting. kiewit, perini, morrison knudson ImageImage
kiewit, a wwii 'picked winner' who built the thule airbase - constructed "in total secrecy" to support nuclear bombers ImageImage
morrison knudson, notable for building, amongst many other things, the DEW line, kennedy space center, and minuteman siloes as well as being the 'civilian' infrastructure contractor for the usa in the vietnam war Image
which makes articles like this 1986 profile of the tunnel, randomly for no reason bringing up nuclear nerve centers, seem even more whistley Image
speaking of dogwhistles - nuclear weapons, sewage tunnels, mob related concrete subcontractors, surely im not the only one who thought of the batman film dark knight rises thinking about all of this?
the ruling class loves to embed these things in popular media, and they love positioning themselves as simultaneously hero and villain -
and i think that we can find grains of truth in the portrayal both of bane's and batman's relation to the sewers
bane is a kind of whistle for secret military infrastructure done under the guise of public works by mob related concrete contractors, he flips the switch and suddenly the underground infrastructure activates with some kind of nuclear device pointed at the entire city
ImageImageImageImage
this is ruling class presenting themselves as the 'rebels'
and we can imagine that batman's bat cave is a kind of whistle for the realistic scenario that the ruling families in the various cities have some kind of passage between their estates and a safe, serene underground infrastructure to base operations out of in a nuclear event
ImageImageImageImage
here is the ruling class presenting themselves as 'the empire', though in this case the roles of heroes and villains has been switched since batman is all about defending the empire
anyway, to wrap up tunnel no. 3 - remember this is not intended to be exhaustive, we are simply exploring here - in october of 2013, the third tunnel reached a milestone and finally the first water tunnel was inspected. Image
wait, or rather, i think they made a typographical error - the first tunnel was "allowed" to be inspected. so, was it actually inspected? Image
this was the entire point of the third tunnel, inspecting and repairing the first two tunnels. so in 2013, finally this became possible. but did they actually do it? have they yet done it?
no, they never did it. in 2021 they still have not done it. note the security concerns mentioned in the second image, but no they still as of today have never inspected the other tunnels. ImageImage
funny business, indeed.
ill add a few odds and ends and then we can return to the boring company's relation to this issue - before leaving new york city its worth mentioning the 63rd street tunnel, ImageImageImage
and i did not get a chance to get much into the big dig but i took a few notes worth mentioning.
i thought it was interesting that the project's deputy director was an army general with no explicit construction experience - ImageImage
likewise the cost explosions with this project are extremely famous, and worth mentioning that bechtel definitely checks the box of military, secret, and nuclear contracting. Image
and the overall timing (planned in the 1970s), and 'fortuitous' funding are worth cursory mention as well. ImageImageImage
that is all i had time for, but i personally consider enough warning signs met to conclude that yes indeed it is possible these urban mega underground projects are housing some kind of significant military infrastructure.
to me, it seems likely this infrastructure is related to staging troops and equipment for a large-scale depopulation attempt, but there are other compelling reasons to build underground as well -
in this age of cameras, cell phones, connectivity, the underground represents a truly dark zone that overground infrastructure cannot possibly provide.
anyway, lets look at the "boring" company itself -
now tell me with a straight face you dont understand why i dont want to spend much time on this segment Image
😑😑😑😑😑
so we have an impulsive tweet origin story in december 2016 Image
the branding on superexcavators, the consultants who helped launch the boring company, is interesting ImageImage
sure its an obvious move when your name includes excavators, the point is to take note of everything and not give into that 'well its just a coincidence' limhang thinking in these threads.
anyway TBC hasnt done anything important at all since then and im not even remotely kidding, it is truly boring out here for investigators of this company and thats why i didnt pay much attention to the surrounding landscape at first ImageImageImage
which is why its so smart actually
none of its anything has gone anywhere, other than that you have a bunch of SpaceX goons running around doing experimental work and shuttling around people in teslas in las vegas. ImageImage
and yet officials from fort lauderdale and miami are excitedly pursuing tunnel building work from TBC, which promises to be very cheap. an age old promise, we've learned, in the tunnel building world. ImageImageImage
at the end of the day this seems to me to be part of an effort to dumb down the discourse of (everything, but specifically) phenomenon related to longer-term planning, "depopulation", etc - we went from complex environmental concerns and elaborate funding debates..
to more or less, "because elon".
and thats really all i have for now, this is not a subject that lends itself to smoking guns or neat packaging but i think nonetheless it is very important. like many of these threads this is meant to get the ball rolling,
that being said i think it would be productive to list some loose ends for further consideration later and elsewhere:
-relation between EPA/CWA funding and underground projects. the timing here is very interesting, and i can see these things being used as a mechanism to fund covert underground projects all over the country.
-big infra stimulus packages like obama's, and dead-ending projects produced by them
-post 9/11 security initiatives for underground/transport infra
and lastly, what is needed here and elsewhere is a more data-driven approach to exploring this subject - *how many* einsatzgruppen are needed? how many tunnels are there, how much stuff needs to be filling them?
does TBC represent an escalation in tunnel building, if so does that mean the timeline is accellerating? etc
for now, we can be content to have established the concept and explored some possible examples of this infrastructure. i plan to do a more data-driven analysis after all of the groundwork for this entire project is complete, and we can ask the proper questions.
thanks for reading, i really enjoyed researching and exploring this subject. it doesnt make for smoking gun reading but i think the true conspiracy theory appreciators will see why this is so important and why we must think beyond smoking guns if we are to truly see the unseen -
and why this, thinking ahead of and beyond what can be established by smoking guns, is crucial to the task of actually fighting against the ruling class.

zionism:
its been awhile since i've done a proper thread on here, so i thought it was about time to get back to the old ways and just let it rip with no capitalization or editing. i will post the result, properly edited into "article" form, after this is done.
naturally, there have been a lot of comparisons lately between zionism and nazism. and this is of course a correct comparison - but to what degree do we understand the depth of the relationship between these two phenomena?

a brief review of the war in iraq:
id like to start by apologizing for the long gap between the previous entry and the current, it was a busy year for me. i wouldnt like to give the impression that these longer-form explorations - which represent a massive improvement from say the earlier threads - take an entire
year to produce, or that such massive delays are necessary. hopefully, i will be more productive with regards to these threads in 2023. i havent finished writing this one, but i think it is time to get started anyway. i am not going to shorten any aspect of it, so bear with me.

@apollosthirdeye to this i would say "yes" with some major caveats. the first one being that "intel" is a label that is imo applied incorrectly here - the fortunes of the drug trade belong to individual members of the ruling class, not to the agencies that work on their behalf. these agencies
@apollosthirdeye simply perform administrative work as a service and extract some kind of fee. not only does the label of 'intel' narrow the scope of the agencies involved - the entire state apparatus is involved - but it confuses the principals of the trade itself.
@apollosthirdeye and this view is very popular of course by design. "military" would be a more appropriate label in terms of the amount of executive burden that they bear imo. but to get back to the point - there *is* something that these elons and fronts are covering up, right? surely. so,

i challenge anyone who is promoting the 'competing factions of the ruling class' to actually outline and explain and substantiate what the factions are and how are they competing and why
and ill be clear on what i mean here because these are vague and unfortunate terms and imo vague and unfortunate framing. 'ruling class' is itself a nebulous term the way it is often used, so lets put a very specific set of definitions on it that can be examined:
definition 1: "terrorist" attacks and mass shootings.

definition 2: root-level decisions such as to run the covid operation and how to shape covid policy, or the "supply chain shortage", or how to manage isis and drug cartels

definition 3: management of police and military

seeing people gear up to defend russia against false flags despite their obvious complicity in the entire show, that imo is the big iteration here from say syria.
non-rhetorical question, what *is* the value of exposing the millionth painfully obvious paid actor, the beauty blogger in the hospital? it can be instructive to people who are less familiar with psyops, to demonstrate in real time how the news works -
particularly, i think the speed with which they had an actor ready and on the scene is food for thought re: the mechanical process of producing this sort of fodder

ill try to get back to business soon but meanwhile i think that people tended to miss the point of the nato black sun post -
there is a broader psychological goal of erasing and reframing that nato of course *is itself* a nazi organization - and that the political block it represents are in fact nazis, true nazis. and that this is the real nazi problem facing the world, not mere "neo" nazis -
