Nobody has refuted any of my allegations and facts about #GETTR founder Miles Guo Wengui being an agent of the Chinese Communist Party with his cash coming from the mainland. We gave Guo the opportunity to do so at trial on April 22, but he kept pleading the Fifth Amendment.
Guo is asked in federal court about money he gets from Communist China. He keeps pleading the Fifth. This was in the Southern District of New York, April 22, 2021.
The New York Supreme Court concurred with my argument that Miles Guo Wengui had to plead facts about what I said about him. Guo did not plead facts. The court agreed with me. jmichaelwaller.com/wp-content/upl…
#GETTR founder Miles Guo Wengui built his fortune with the Communist Chinese Ministry of State Security. He was open about this for a long time. He refused to say in federal court last April whether he was still a Chinese state security asset.
Miles Guo Wengui, who founded #GETTR, kept a close personal relationship with his patron, former Communist Chinese Deputy Minister of State Security Ma Jian. His daughter went to New York Univ with Ma Jian's daughter. (Yes, the US lets the children of top CCP spies study here.)
I told the New York Supreme Court, "It is safe to say that Guo Wengui is a Communist Chinese spy."
Miles Guo Wengui's first "operation" in the United States was to harass Chinese dissidents who opposed the CCP. I presented evidence to the court that Guo said that they should be killed. (Later, Guo founded #GETTR.)
Miles Guo Wengui told senior CCP and Ministry of State Security officials in 2017 that his wife and children should be taken back to China, and that if his employees and niece broke CCP law, "You can execute them by firing squad." Months later, he teamed up with Steve Bannon.

🧵 To make President Trump's desired Antifa terrorist designation stick, @SecRubio must first designate Antifa as a foreign terrorist entity.
He can do this easily. Antifa was founded a century ago in Germany. Germany's BfV considers it a "left-wing violent extremist" network.
2) Once the State Department designates Antifa as a foreign terrorist "entity," the administration can implement Executive Order 13224 to block assets, prohibit transactions, and penalize foreign supporters of Antifa in the United States - and the Americans who assist them. state.gov/executive-orde…
@SecRubio 3) Under EO 13224, the Justice Department can investigate and prosecute any American citizens who provide assistance to that designated foreign terrorist entity.
That would be anybody joining, supporting, or aiding Antifa and its networks in any way.
🧵 Fantastic piece by my colleague @ShidelerK on how the Trump administration can dismantle Far Left Extremist networks. americanmind.org/memo/how-to-di…
@ShidelerK Federal law enforcement does not recognize Far Left Violent Extremism as a threat. It does not train its personnel to understand, designate, anticipate, identify, and defend society against these threats.
Shideler calls for a Far Left Violent Extremism category.
@ShidelerK Shideler: That category "must explicitly include 'anti-fascist' (Antifa), anarchist, autonomous Marxist, socialist, Marxist-Leninist, Maoist, and Communist extremists."
🧵24 years ago this week, Vadim Bakatin was appointed chairman of the Soviet KGB.
Soviet Communist Party chief Mikhail Gorbachev, under duress from Russian leader Boris Yeltsin, reluctantly ordered that Bakatin be empowered to dismantle the KGB. Nobody was prepared for this.
Bakatin wanted American help about what to do.
He had a modern but still Soviet worldview. He thought the KGB could be broken apart along functional lines so it could never abuse power again.
Bush41 feared a collapse of the USSR and its Communist Party, & provided no help.
Bakatin was not a KGB man. He was a professional construction man. He became Soviet interior minister. Yeltsin wanted him to run the KGB and tear it apart.
Within 2 months, in October 1991, Bakatin devised a plan to break the KGB into five main pieces, each as a separate agency.
President Trump zeroed out ALL funding for the Organization of American States after a Chinese proxy became secretary general, in league with Marxist Latin American regimes.
Republicans on House Appropriations Committee just restored full $46,504,000 funding to OAS.
The House Subcommittee on Appropriations Committee Chairman is Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart. @MarioDB docs.house.gov/meetings/AP/AP…
The OAS was already woke, but it's now super-woke under its new Chinese proxy leadership. It intends to use American tax dollars to spread DEI and wokeness throughout the hemisphere.
Nowhere in this House bill do Republicans explain why they are restoring $42 million to the Organization of American States.
The OAS is mentioned only as a quiet line item for cash (page 22) and as a candidate for even more "voluntary" cash for special programs (page 90).
🧵My Old School FBI mentors taught me that, to take over a hostile organization with very few people, the first thing to do is seek out insiders who had worked with the worst offenders.
This is how the old FBI took down the Communist Party and broke the back of the KKK.
2) There are always insiders with second thoughts & are looking for a way to do the right thing.
Or they just want to keep their jobs.
They know who did what. They can identify others who feel as they do.
They are the sherpas needed to work the networks of the bureaucracy.
3) One needs to identify sherpas and empower them.
To climb Mount Everest, one needs a whole team of sherpas.
Without sherpas, the newly arrived climbers will fail - if they are lucky. Most likely they will die for nothing.
The USA pays half of the budget of the 34-member Organization of American States (OAS), yet has only 1 vote.
Countries that each pay 44/1000 of 1 percent formed a bloc to elect a Chinese proxy to run the organization. State Dept is in denial. @DOGE oas.org/budget/2025/Ap…
@DOGE We created the OAS to fight the spread of Communism. Over time, our leaders - Democrat and Republican - abandoned the OAS and, through design or neglect, allowed the Marxists to overrun it.
@DOGE The new OAS Secretary General, Albert Ramdin, was foreign minister of Suriname when he agreed with Beijing in 2021 that his country would "always" stand "firmly with China on issues concerning China's core interests and major concerns."
