Its amazing how many guys are adamantly denying that the majority of men are attracted to trans women.

How many guys like threesomes with 2 girls? Loads, right? I've never met a straight man not into it. It's rated the 10th most searched porn by men.

Just be honestwith each other lads, the world will be a much nicer place!

Also - "attraction" is not the same as 'would openly date"

Not many will openly date trans people, especially cis people down to the stigma.

To clarify - I cited porn because there isn't a better data set available that aint easily skewed by social stigma.

I'm not celebrating being a fetish. I hate it.

The sheer fact that nearly all the men liking and commenting are doing so off faceless accounts literally proves my point that there is a clear attraction to trans women, but that having it is dripping in shame and fetishism of the "abnormal"

Also - all the guys showing "support" by being open with your fetishism...

If your 'allyship' is the pursual of getting your rocks off - then you're just a perv! You are part of the problem. Not the solution.

Some people are legit saying only trans people look at trans porn...

I used to (pre-transition, he ignores my existence now) have a really good friend called Jon, who despite being a lovely guy, was gullible as fuck.

I once managed to convince him that a side-effect of being deaf was that you became nocturnal, evidenced by the fact the sign-language assisted programs were always on TV between midnight and 6am.

For a good 9 months, whenever he noticed a person with a hearing aid, he would nudge me and say " they're up late!"

When I was a kid I was repeatedly told I could be anything I wanted, so long as I really put my mind to it.

So at 26 I finally did that. I FINALLY transitioned. And everyone lost their shit.

What they really meant was: I could be anything that *they* approved of, if I put my mind to it.

Let it be known that "being an accountant" would definitely have been the easier option!

It is mad to think that some people would rather have a miserable, struggling human in their life, than a happy, thriving one.

Although I imagine the former makes them feel a lot better about themselves than the latter.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but I don't have "preferred pronouns"

I just have pronouns... you know... like everyone does.

I dont "identify as trans" or "identify as a woman"

I am a woman, who is trans.

You know, like a woman who dyes their hair blonde isn't "identifying as Aryan"...

They're just blonde.

I'm not "stealing women's rights"

They are shared and extended to me, so that I don't fall foul of the same threats and risks from, let's be honest, cis men.

How bad is trans healthcare in the UK. A thread.

"Following a Freedom of Information request (FOI) sent to Exeter GIC, it has been revealed on Reddit that during the period 01/12/19 and 30/11/20, only TWO patients were assessed by the Laurels gender clinic...

...The request revealed some shocking figures, including the fact that the current number of patients on the waiting list is 2,592 and the longest time someone has been on the waiting list in days is 2,092 – which is almost six years...

I have some PAID opportunities for trans men, non-binary humans, and trans women who are willing to act as lived experience speakers as part of a well-respected charities 'Trans Awareness Training' program. Full training given, no experience necessary.

I will collate a list of interested parties over the next day or two & then will narrow it down based on experience & suitability from there.

Would ideally like someone who can hit the ground running, but as things develop we will be looking to add more people to our roster.
