Marjorie Taylor Greene made a great point. Illegals at the border have better access to lawyers than our own citizens in a DC jail.

Now listening in on status hearing for Tim Hale-Cusanelli. Judge McFadden presiding. He's been behind bars since January, faces no violent charges. Wrote about the case here:

DOJ: Plea offer extended after last hearing. Government didn't hear back from defense attorney because he cannot get a hold of Hale in DC jail. "Cannot meet with his client or hear from his client." This DIRECTLY CONTRADICTS what DC DOC said in a statement yesterday.
DOJ wants Hale to plead guilty to felony count of obstruction. "If we do set a trial date, the government cannot meet discovery obligations until early 2022." That's a conservative estimate, she says. Slow-walking discovery to force defendants into plea deals. "We need time."

DOJ opposition to change of venue motions in J6 cases is quite funny. "The defendants go on to make sweeping and offensive claims about District residents and their (allegedly homogenous) viewpoints, casting both aspersions and a wide net in their claim that so many District...
residents have such an antipathy towards Trump and his supporters that it would be 'impossible' to locate impartial jurors here. Among other baseless assertions about District residents, the defendants claim that a jury in this District 'will be overwhelmingly composed of..
individuals who...hate [the defendants] because [they are]Trump supporter[s]...have nothing culturally in common with [the defendants] [and] [w]ho will feel peer pressure from the local ‘cancel culture’ to convict.”

Wow. Officer Hodges claims he saw a group of white “Trump people” harassing a black man and calling his mother a whore (?!)). Again let’s see his body cam.

He said he watched the protest become an act of “terrorism.” He is referring to protesters as “terrorists.”
“The crowd considered themselves Christian.”

The “terrorists” continued to attack us. The “terrorists” scaled the scaffolding. “Terrorists pushed through the line.”

Wrap-up. Robert Morss, arrested June 11 now held in DC Deplorable Jail, will remain behind bars until trial/plea. Judge Harvey litigated his case in court today, referred to J6 protesters as "rioters" and scolded Morss for using his military training "for political violence."
So Deplorable Jail has another permanent detainee, Biden's DOJ has another scalp, DC court treats another pro-Trump American treated differently than Democratic activists. And another life/family ruined.

Hearing about to start for Robert Morss, the so-called Lego Man arrested June 11, transported to DC Deplorable Jail, and held ever since. Biden's prosecutors want him behind bars indefinitely. Full hearing last week, Judge Harvey scheduled to rule today.

Morss is an Army ranger with 3 tours in Afghanistan. No criminal record, employed now as a high school history teacher. Absolutely no reason to keep him incarcerated for months on end. We'll see what happens.

Harvey: Morss poses a danger to the community. No condition would mitigate that danger.

He will remain in DC Deplorable Jail for months.

Guilty until proven innocent. Harvey will try to explain himself now.
